So does this mean we can expect Culshaw to be voicing Delgado? Or just doing the narration? I think it very likely he’ll be voicing Delgado for this and future releases.

As Delgado is only on the cover of the deluxe version, I presume his incarnation of the Master is not involved in the main story.

It’d be great if this connects to Masterful and this story is effectively what Delgado is doing while his other incarnations are wrapped up in the events of Masterful. I could totally see him being too wrapped up in his own grand scheme to join the others.

So, regarding the Missy boxset 2... {Spoiler}Do you think the Lumiat whould be involved in it? Maybe as the "villain" of the set?
I don't think so but I'm curious about other opinions

I don't think so but I'm curious about other opinions Personally, I think it’ll be a new antagonist. Some greater evil which only the Masters could stop. Maybe because only they, unlike the Doctor, would ever contemplate or do whatever was necessary to defeat it.

Just think, he could play the Brig., the Master and maybe even the Master impersonating the Brig. with no rubber mask required!

I'm hoping Culshaw won't be trying to impersonate Delgado in the audiobook, I found his imitation to be really distracting in the recent TLV short trip, sadly.

I'm hoping Culshaw won't be trying to impersonate Delgado in the audiobook, I found his imitation to be really distracting in the recent TLV short trip, sadly. I only recently picked up on the name, Dan Culshaw, because every time I'd heard him, the impression was so perfectly spot-on my brain did it recognize it as an impression. The one time I heard a Fourth Doctor that sounded too similar to the TV show that it had to be an impressionist, it wound up actually being Tom Baker's voice... so maybe I don't have the best ear. But in the TLV shorts I didn't even recognize that voice as Delgado's... not sure why. Maybe Delgado's voice isn't as well-defined in my memory? Or perhaps the imitation wasn't good enough? Or perhaps it was too perfect? Regardless, my hope for Masterful is that Delgado--and all of the Classic Masters, really--should be secondary characters. They're too comic-book-supervillain to really work, for the most part, in the more serious dramatic stories that Jacobi thrives in, or the more overtly comedic, zany stories Gomez was born to play in. My expectation/hope is for Jacobi, Go,ez and Roberts to take center-stage. Though with a full set we should still get ample fanservice from the whole lot, even if some Masters are less active in the story than others. And, like, full disclosure: I'd also be happy if the whole multi-Master crossover event thing was an elaborate deception, and the set actually winds up featuring Bee era exclusively.

With the (sorta) recent announcement of War Doctor Begins, it seem more likely to me that Parker is portraying the comics war master and not the william hughes one: this way we have a casting choice for an incarnation who can interact with the War Doctor.
The recording sessions were pretty close in time, I assume.

I don’t know if Big Finish can use anything from the titan comics (I hope not as they are awful comics) Besides even if it was wouldn’t big finish catch a bit of flack for the casting I think that Parker is playing the teenage version of the Dreyfus First master I mean I wish that Dreyfus was in the audio but we don’t always get what we want

Even when the McQueen Master was working at the CIA's behest, he wasn't wearing the gear. And the comic-book War Master wasnt shown wearing anything like it either.

I’d honestly be up for a Beevers boxset. In his desperate bid for survival, who knows what he could get up to? The horrors he would unleash?

Glad they’re doing more of these as they’re a great idea and whet the appetite more than a trailer, I think; loved the one for The Paternoster Gang and Regeneration Impossible.

Well that’s a character I wasn’t expecting, but it makes sense.

That was unexpected, even more excited for this now. Still not much info about Terror of the Master so will probably get the standard edition.
