I used to dislike audio-plays that featured narration, but it turns out, my first few just weren't very good. I've really warmed to the format, and have enjoyed all the releases so far. Short stories with a smaller focus, like Flywheel Revolution just have a nice feel to them. Yeah, I really enjoyed Flywheel Revolution too. And The Toy was great.

I doubt we're going to see it in 2016, but I have hopes for the line to expand to include the new Doctors in 2017. The Ninth Doctor needs some new material! I hate to say it, but I doubt it: I think Big Finish are going to want to keep the revival Doctors in their own special releases to build up momentum for a long time. Nine can always have a Companion Chronicles style box set, though

I would love for September 2017 (or January 2017!) to be a Ninth Doctor story.
As for how much I care: Foreshadowing was a fun little story as were Flywheel and The Toy. I've only listened to Sisters of Serenity other than that, which was a good little tale but nothing extremely special - a bit underserved by the format, I think.
I like their promise to focus on less-remembered TARDIS teams (not just Jamie-Jo-Leela-Nyssa-Peri-Ace). Turlough and Polly are a good start, but I'm hoping for even rarer ones - folks like Izzy and Benny and Frobisher - or even an Evelyn story narrated by Colin Baker.

Does anybody actually care about these? Yes my Canadian brother! Once you get into the swing of them, they are a bite-sized monthly treat to listen to. If you like all 1-8 Doctors, the 12 story subscriptions are the way to go! 2 of its stories are free when bundled. And quite frankly, I recommend enjoying its "Doctor variety" over cherry picking only your favourite Doctor incarnations. Out of the first 10 monthly Short Trips, The Ghost Trap was my least favourite story of that bunch and the Fourth Doctor is my favourite!!! So if one can afford a subscription over picking & choosing, go for the 12 pack! Nick Wallace did make it up to me with the splendid Etheria (5.09). The First Doctor gives a little bit of a Capaldi-like pushback against the villains at the end of that tale!

Bring back Frobisher!! All hail the big talking bird!!!
