That, is normal version for £5.99; 'deluxe edition' in Smiths for £9.99.
In the past, that's meant things like a supplement and a BF CD and a BBC download. So, keep an eye out, and please tell everyone here what you've heard, or what you've found inside, so we can decide whether to buy it (or, indeed, a second copy on top of the bog-standard one subscribers get).

What's in it
Obviously doesn't specify if the Exclusive is a BF or BBC

The BF downloads appear to be Master, Omega, and Davros.

No copies of the special edition in my local WHS. Unless somebody can tempt me to look further afield by giving a better idea what the comic and CD are, I think this is another one I'll be skipping. (That being said, "Omega" is really good, but I've already got it and "Davros" and I think you can hear them for free on Spotify anyway).

My local WH Smith doesnt have the Deluxe Edition either which annoys me. Really wanted the CD and Comic.
Are the comic stories available in any of the Panini TPB's?

I got a copy from the local Smiths today and I have to say, it is a thing of beauty. I haven't got stuck into it yet, but it looks wonderful and from a flick through the contents, there are some pretty good interviews. {Spoiler} The music CD features some wonderful rare tracks from soundtracks that are yet to be released, I'm guessing - including the soon-to-be-unleashed The Visitation and The Sunmakers. The free 'Past Masters' collection is another highlight for me. It's great to see some old TV Comic/TV Action strips, alongside some generally inferior (in my view of course) modern takes on the titular character.
Highly recommended all round.

The Glen of Sleeping and Fogbound are both Polystyle stories - AFAIK none of those are in TPB form at all. The Man in the Ion Mask also has yet to be anthologized, but Character Assassin is included in the Eighth Doctor run.

Just an aside, really - but with all the Doctor Who merchandise available, I really cannot understand why the old, classic Polystyle comic strips have not all been collected together. The first four Doctors featured comprehensively in comic form in the 60's/70's, so it constantly surprises me there haven't been any omnibuses made available - I know there is a difficulty in getting some of the double-paged spreads reproduced, but they managed it 50 years ago, so it can't be that difficult!

I really cannot understand why the old, classic Polystyle comic strips have not all been collected together. Probably down to a longstanding belief amongst fans that pre-DWM = TV Comic = crap. Also, I believe Doctor Who Classic Comics back in the '90s didn't sell awfully well.
Incidentally, Tesco had the new DWM in a bag with a poster and art cards, but no CD or comic extras like at WHS. I don't remember throwing out a poster and art cards from my subscriber copy this month.

Don’t know if this is the best place for this, but the Big Finish discount code for new series releases in this issue stacks with the current “Doctor Who Returns” sale and with recently released titles at pre-order as well. That is, you can get River Song 7 and War Master Anti Genesis at under preorder, and Classic Doctors New Monsters at under bundle pricing.

Panini have only just got up to date on all the DWM strips with Ground Zero (except maybe a few from specials)
Now that they have done that MAYBE they can do older strips (in between volumes of the 13th Doctor). as a couple have now appeared with DWM they must have the rights
