The Rocket Men are the most obvious recurring villain created by Dorney.
There are the dreamspinners (or something like that) which were referenced in a couple of his MR stories (4th Wall & High Price of Parking) but never elaborated upon. Maybe those guys?

I’ll give one clue. I tend to think there’s a difference between sequels and stories featuring the same recurring monster/villain. (There’s also a grey area between - Return to the Rocket Men is probably a sequel, for example). This one is definitely a sequel. To the degree it even uses the word ‘sequel’.

Farewell Great Macedon? its a farce comedy featuring every man and his Dog stealing Alexander’s body, ncluding aliens and at least two versions of the Doctor, a Master and a bevy of Draxes.

Hmmm....If nothing else it would certainly give Mr Dorney the opportunity to get the writing juices flowing and show off his acting chops...

If you mean in the title, I feel like it HAS to be The Fourth Wall for that level of self-referentialism... although, Sequel of the Zaross??

I'm guessing a long-overdue sequel to 'Wrath of the Iceni'.
Boudicca falls through Time due to an artron thingy caused by her encounter with the Doctor and lands in 80s England where meets him again with Romana II and K-9 in a season 17 comedy. They have to stop her vitriolic campaign to rid England of moral degeneracy and pizza, once she discovers where it comes from. (The pizza.) Sort of a cross between 'Braveheart' and 'Adam Adamant Lives!', but with pineapple topping.
"The Fourth Doctor will return in : Wrath II: You Ain't Iceni Nothin' Yet"

I'm putting my prediction in for a sequel to "The Trouble with Drax".
If not that then perhaps we'll hear more of The Cult of The Heretic.
