So, UNIT may be making a comeback (there's a whole other thread attached for more.) It's set in the past.

Spotted a brief bit about Series 13 in the issue of Weekend that came with the Daily Mail yesterday as part of a feature on upcoming TV shows this autumn. Bizarrely, it mentions the return of the Weeping Angels which I didn’t think had been officially announced anywhere. I guess they’re going off Moffat’s Instagram leak?

Weren't there pictures of the Angels during filming floating about months ago?

Some rumours now that Doctor Who season 13 is going to be broadcast after Vigil finishes, doesn't make much sense as they are in very different timeslots but it would be 3rd October.

Near enough the date Series 11 was broadcast I can see the schedule being anytime from 7:30 inwards Doctor Who followed by a 9PM Thriller Drama. Regards mark687

The Multiverse Crossover Begins? ? Not too surprised since they seemed to make a point of mentioning "Universe(s)" in the press release for Series 13 so I'm curious to see what other universes we're going to be visiting in the new series...

Nothing to do with the TV series; it's about Titan's next mini-series.

Are you assuming that, or has your copy arrived? It'd be a bit of a coup for Titan to get mentioned on the front cover for their underwhelming fourth teamup in a row. (There's also a Cutaway Comics announcement due in the new issue, I was wondering if it was a highfalutin' reference to that)

Unless otherwise confirmed I’d say it’s likely to be The Edge of Reality. That has a chaosverse as part of its story, which is effectively the Doctor Who equivalent of a multiverse; seems appropriate to use the latter term given the recent Marvel offerings. It also has at least Ten & Thirteen and a whole host of monsters, which satisfies the mention of a crossover.

Whittaker’s done a “day in my life” bit for The Sunday Times today. Not much in way of Who details, save an insight into her schedule and an anecdote about her surprising a fan cycling past her car, but she does confirm these are her final weeks of filming.

John Bishop was on BBC Breakfast and revealed Dan is a plasterer. Also he and the presenters rightly mocked the BBC Press Office’s overzealous secrecy.

At least its consistent "Get paid for Promo Interviews but Don't Promote it!" must be the easiest and silliest part of a job ever done. Regards mark687
