Just seen a new listing under the Collections tab - 'Weekly Deals'. Under the current circumstances I'm guessing it'll be download only offers. www.bigfinish.com/collections/v/weekly-dealsI'm also guessing it'll be a part of this week's newsletter..

Email has now dropped, confirming this week's offer is indeed on the War Doctor range (download only) For those who want to know, you can save a whopping £1.46 if you go for the Bundles option..

I know it is with the hope of selling more audios, but I do think this is a nice idea.
So well done Big Finish and what a great way to start with the War Doctor.
I wonder what else they have planned...

I wonder what else they have planned... If it doesn't get a unique sales offer when the final stories are released then I'm hoping Counter Measures will make an appearance. I have some gaps in my collection that need filling in!

I can guess 3 maybe 4 New UNIT River Song War Master 8th Doc but not sure which could be Dark Eyes and Doom Coalition (Guess based on these series have had 1 free DL EP available through BF or DWM Code at one time or another and their currently completed series) Regards mark687

How about some non-Who Prime candidates would be Sherlock Holmes The Avengers and could they (Nick) resist The Prisoner Those would be my three guesses.

I say it every time they're on sale, but I can't recommend the War Doctor series enough and they're absolute steals at £15 apiece on download. I think they perhaps should have given away the whole of Only the Monstrous for free, rather than just The Innocent, as they have done it before in DWM and it's very much one big story, but hopefully it's enough of an intrigue to get people on board with the rest of the set and the overall series.

Yes it's a nice idea in this troubled times for people who do the download malarkey. Us simple CD buying folks have learnt patience to an almost Buddhist level. 😁

I like this idea of theirs. It's a small treat to look forward to each week. I'm on Day 23 of staying in, so it's much appreciated.

Basically, I've decided I am all-seeing, and so here is the list of the next 8 weeks. (No, it has nothing to do with what I currently have missing from my collection, not at all.)
1. Jago and Litefoot: Voyage to the New World - Sale on Jago and Litefoot Series 1-13 and Forever 2. Blake's 7: The Turing Test - Sale on The Liberator Chronicles 3. The Sixth Doctor: The Last Adventure: The End of the Line - Sale on The Sixth Doctor: The Last Adventure 4. The Avengers: Hot Snow - Sale on The Avengers: The Lost Episodes 5. Doctor Who: Blood of the Daleks - Sale on The Eighth Doctor Adventures with Lucie Miller 6. Star Cops: One of Our Cops is Missing - Sale on Star Cops 7. Doctor Who: The Beginning - Sale on The Companion Chronicles 8. Gallifrey: Weapon of Choice - Sale on Gallifrey
Of course, I'll get these all right but have them in the completely wrong order...

The new weekly deal appears to be a William Hartnell themed one.. The freebie for the week is from the Companion Chronicles range - The Beginning (download only) So far (as at 8.40am UK time) the only other listing is for the First Doctor Boxset from the Lost Stories range (download only). Hopefully more will be added before the day is out. www.bigfinish.com/collections/v/weekly-deals

I'm impressed, though you were wrong about the sale being on The Companion Chronicles - seems it's just a Lost Stories boxset.

I'm not a massive fan of The Beginning, I sort of side with Carole Ann in the extras, who says something along the lines of "I thought it would be about why they left Gallifrey!". The first 10 minutes or so are brilliant, though, and you can't grumble with free stuff. It was exciting at the time - November 2013 - having Big Finish tie-in with events portrayed The Name of the Doctor and also have the companions name-checked in The Night of the Doctor.
The First Doctor Lost Stories set is worth every penny; two of Big Finish's finest.
