I hope they go back to the series arc format. The anthologies have been nice, but I think the connected stories probably work better.

Y'all are making me feel lonely over here, as I am, thinking I prefer the more episodic formatted collections to the single, serialized format. Though granted that opinion is informed by Doom Coalition and Dark Eyes (no slight intended, I just found the over-arcing plots needlessly convoluted and hard to follow).
Anyway, back on topic, is "The 10th Doctor and River Song" meant to be the fourth 10DA series, a River Song series, or an entirely new series?

Quite literally “The Tenth Doctor and River Song”. I guess they were both considered important enough leads in their own right.

It's considered an offshoot of the 10DAs, so is listed with them on the website but not actually considered "volume 4".

9th Doctor. and use the "Rita Hayworth" perception mask so Alex Kingston and Eccleston can interact. River ends up running through snapshots of 9's timeline (one per story) out of order. She could even meet Rose, and be looking for her again only to realize that she has to meet the doctor himself, who is in what I'd call his wilderness years, after Rose said no to traveling and before he's decided to go back. Maybe 9 begins to understand that 'Rita' is some kind of meddling time traveler, and nearly uncovers her. Could be a wonderful send up to what might have been.

I think the recording for this was what we saw in the merry Christmas from Big Finish video.

I’d be interested to knowif any of them will be sticking around in a few stories, or if they’re just going to be in the one story. I think River & Rachel would make a good pair throughout the set. And more K9 is always good. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were aiming for a mid-year(ish) release, like with Series 4 & 6, but lockdown and general availability delayed the recordings until a later date.

Having seen the cover art, I really don't like how the artist did River's left arm. It looks too long.

I love all the K9’s! I’m pretty sure they all look slightly different; would be fun if it was the different Marks of K9 meeting up. “Featuring Nicholas Briggs as The Mechanoids” made me smile. Not quite the Daleks, is it?

The Cover Art seems really crowded and a bit off putting but the return of Ann Kelso seems cool and K9 is always great

So, presuming it's another anthology release like 5-7 with no crossovers or arcs...
A Forever Home = K-9 and FE-LINE Queen of the Mechonoids = Mechonoids, obviously
So Rachel is in either Slight Glimpses of Tomorrow or A Brave New World, which would seem to leave one episode we don't yet know anything about...

Three K9s? I wonder if there's some kinda K9 factory situation going on! I wrote something similar into one of my Paul Spraggs a few years back: Basically, the Fourth Doctor and K9 visited a planet, and unbeknownst to them, the citizens created a whole bunch of duplicate K9s after they left. Years later, the Eighth Doctor discovered this and gave the dogs new homes - giving one to an eight-year-old Johnny Chesterton for Christmas! (You know, I might still have to put that together as a Christmas story this year, just for fun!)

Three K9's on Audio? That's going to be fun keeping track upon when listening casually. At least there is a Green Dapol model on the cover to set one apart. Will MKIII have Laryngitis? Will Jon Culshaw do a David Brierly impersonation for MKII?
