I confess this could come across as a non-question as I haven't thought it all through yet (!), but could retellings of TV Doctor Who stories be dome on audio? For example from a certain character's point of view? We've had River Song revisiting the setting of certain stories, could we have Unbound versions of certain stories, or details changed or expanded on? What if we had a box set of Doctor Who tv episodes told from the villain’s point of view, with the framing device of some sort of gathering of different villains and how they each almost defeated the Doctor. There could be a lot of fun with unreliable narrator with the villains seeing themselves as heroes and the Doctor and companions as villains. For some reason I keep picturing a take on the tv series “Are you Afraid of the Dark?” Maybe call it “Are you Afraid of the Doctor?” Where the likes of the Master, Davros and others have their own midnight society telling horror tales around a camp fire of when the Doctor foiled their well intentioned plans🔥💀😄

I cannot imagine a scenario of the Doctor’s biggest foes from the TV coming together for a general chat. However I can think of a collection the Doctor’s audio foes coming together and reminiscing about how they Almost Got the Doctor. Because these foes are ALWAYS together - the Eleven. I wonder if they could get Mark Bonnar in for a short trip!?
