Hopefully soon. I know I'd definitely like to hear the first one with the Fourth and Tenth Doctors, but am waiting for more info on the other releases before figuring out if I'll get them all or just that one. As someone that's had more than my fix of the long-term main range leads interacting over the years in Sirens of Time, Project: Lazarus, Zagreus, The Four Doctors, Cold Fusion, Light at the End (oof), and Legacy of Time, the other two volumes would have to try an unexpected/unusual pairing to catch my interest.

My suspicion is still that we might get either David Bradley or Dudman/ Treolar on board. And they might be facing 5 and Sixie.
However, maybe they are a bit in two minds about having original actors facing off against re-casts (although Bradley is great and Dudman's 11 is uncanny).
I personally would think it quite cool if Sixie met Bradley's 1st and 5 runs into 11.
Just 5 and 6 meeting... would be a bit anticlimatic because we had that one before.

I think it will be five meeting somebody in one and six meeting somebody else in another; I would be very surprised if they were teamed in a single play. (Also... Jake Dudman's very good at what he does, but we'd all rather have the real Doctors who are still with us, so I would be disappointed if he was in it in a way that I wouldn't be so disappointed by Tim Treloar or Fraser Hines or even David Bradley, whose performance I've never been altogether keen on)

Maybe there is a third hidden Doctor in the mix with 5 and 6🤔😉

Assuming none of our three absent Doctors are joining Big Finish any time soon, I'd be happiest with: - Fifth Doctor and Warner - Sixth Doctor and Treloar (or David Bradley) I'm assuming Big Finish is aiming for pairs we haven't seen before which would rule out... - Five & Six (The Sirens of Time, Peri and the Piscon Paradox) - Five & One (The Five Doctors) - he really doesn't spend much time with Two or Three... - Five & Seven (Cold Fusion) - Five & Eight (The Four Doctors) - Five & Ten (Time Crash, New River boxset) - Six & Two (The Two Doctors) - Six & Seven (Just... so many.) - Six & Ten (New River boxset) & we're left with: - Peter Davison with Frazer Hines - Colin Baker with David Bradley or Paul McGann - Or either one with Tim Treloar, Tom Baker or David Warner. (This is also assuming Dudman won't be in any of these - I'd really rather they not cross that line...)

Perhaps Michael Jayston's Doctor/Valeyard could be a possibility? doubt it though but yeah for some reason i feel that David Bradley might be one of the doctors in it

I think it's pretty likely that the other four Doctors are Davison, C Baker, Bradley and McGann, with an outside chance of Treloar instead of one of the latter two.

My guess would be a pairing of Five & Eight and One & Six. My personal preference would be Seven & Eight instead, as I think that’d be really interesting, though I love Davison at Big Finish, especially when he’s on his own. I don’t think Sylvester has been able to record in lockdown, though; isn’t he stuck in France?
I agree that Tim Treloar would be an outside bet, but I think David Bradley is perhaps the better coup and he also has the advantage of being an official on screen recast. Frazer Hines has never really been an official recast to the best of my knowledge and I think they’d be best to keep Jacob Dudman well away.
I can’t say either proposed pairing excites me anywhere near as much as Four & Ten, but at least they’re different. Five & Six doesn’t excite me at all, though I’m not quite sure why because I don’t think it’s ever really been done?

I'm keen to see a team-up of 3 and 5. I really enjoy the contrast between the two in DWM's "Happy Deathday" many years ago, and that was just plain silly. Imagine how good it would be done seriously! Especially if Dot Cotton's in it again, obviously.

Well, Peter and Colin come from a broadly similar era that had pretty much the same creative team behind it on TV, whereas pretty much any other combination of two Doctors you can think of are likely to come from two radically different eras. Arc of Infinity arguably gives us some idea of what a Five/Six multi-Doctor story might have been like on TV!

I do hope they say soon, because I’d really rather not be purchasing any The Doctor versus a Recast episodes.

I wouldn’t be adverse to David Bradley or Tim Trelaor but, no disrespect intended, I wouldn’t personally purchase one with Jacob Dudman in, his is much more of an impression then a recast like the other two and it just doesn’t do it for me.

Or will it just be the Fourth Doctor for all three stories?

It's been mentioned up-thread that Sylvester is in France, and unlikely to appear but I would love the Seventh Doctor & The Third to be the main-liners for one of the volumes. I feel the dynamic would be very interesting.

Or will it just be the Fourth Doctor for all three stories? I’d love for this to be a team-up series where the constant is 4. It probably won’t be but that would be lovely.

I’d love for this to be a team-up series where the constant is 4. There speaks somebody who remembers those 'Marvel Team-Up' comics with Spider-Man and ____ from the good ol days!

That Fourth Doctor idea is a good one. He’s so distinctly different throughout his tenure that I’d love for someone to take advantage of that. I remember theorising about it for the River Song set he’s in at the time, but it never happened, though it was brilliant nonetheless.
One of the things that appealed when Out of Time 1 was announced is, Tom & David aside, the emphasis on the placement in their respective lives the story takes place. I find stuff like that really interesting, as you can get a completely different outcome.

Still a little hesitant about it (no info about parts 2 & 3), but, as it's payday, I've just pre-ordered the bundle.
