Since BF isn't doing it, here's thread to highlight Big Finish's incredibly talented BAME and diverse (though especially black, given the current climate) cast and crew.
What are your favourite Damian Lynch outings as Rasmus? What about Yasmin Bannerman as Roz Forrester? What could they do next with Danny Pink? And that's only recurring characters.
Have they ever worked with a black director or writer? I don't know of any, but then again I don't know many outside the usual suspects. Is there a BAME writer you absolutely want them to work with?
Let's give them some love!

I'd like them to work with the writer Suyi Davies Okungbowa.

Just some quick ones off the top of my head:
Actor-wise, always good to check out anything with Ayesha Antoine, Silas Carson, Samantha Béart, Alexandria Riley, Colin McFarlane, Joe Shire, Raj Ghatak, Mina Anwar... as a starting point.
And speaking fo Alexandria Riley, her Torchwood script - A Mother's Son - is brilliant. Definitely worth a listen...

I didn't know Alexandria had also written for the range, that's fantastic. I definitely have to catch up on Torchwood.

Let's give them some love! Actually, can we talk about Yasmin Bannerman's work across Big Finish as a whole? She's brilliant in The Bride of Peladon and she really shines Roz in the Doctor Who range and Dayna in Blake's 7. She is the face of Roz Forrester in the NAs as Lisa Bowerman is now for Benny Summerfield, she took that character and made it her own. Recasting Dayna Mellanby was a brave decision. Josette Simon's shoes are not an easy fill. Surrounding her with the original cast that had been working together in the late 70s/early 80s, it could have been easy to have her feel like an outsider, yet from the word go (or "Liberation", in my case), she really was Dayna. We would never have gotten stories like Cavan Scott's magnificent "Shock Troops" without her and her performance. Something which I consider not only excellent Blake's 7, but excellent science fiction as a whole. It's breathtaking. So much love and well done. Two iconic characters. One realised and one revitalised. That really is an amazing achievement. (I have to put in a mention of Jabe from televised Who's The End of the World too. A character that I can still remember years and years on.)

What are your favourite Damian Lynch outings as Rasmus? Any time I see Damian Lynch, I think of his marvelous two-hander with Katy Manning in the Companion Chronicles, Ghost in the Machine. Also with all the body swap shenanigans in that tale, he's technically the first non-white actor to play the Doctor! Also Ayesha Antoine is wonderful - anytime her voice shows up in another range (ie. her appearance in a Dorian story), I'm thrilled to hear her - and I hope Ruth joins Benny & David Warner at some point...

Vineeta Rishi who played Dawon in The Emerald Tiger - beautiful voice and audio presence.
Ayesha Antoine is brilliant in both Benny and Dorian.
Yasmin Bannerman is wonderful as Roz Forrester without a doubt, although I always imagined a huskier voice for the character.
Colin McFarlane - wonderful in everything I've ever seen or heard him in.
Mina Anwar - likewise, very spirited performances.

Here’s some I would love to see the powers that be cast in some productions! Chizzy Akudolu (known for Holby City mostly) is a great actress and comedic actress too! I think she’d be a great Donna-esque type of companion, like the Doctor’s best mate but also able to tell him when he’s wrong.
Masali Baduza she’s a newer actress who was recently in Noughts & Crosses for the BBC and she was fab! Big Finish should get their hands on her ASAP.
Balvinder Sopal shes currently playing a soap matriarch in EastEnders and she is great! She plays manipulative and cunning so well, I think she’d be great to go up against Yvonne Hartman or possibly a recast Rani 👀
T’Nia Miller appeared as the regenerated General in Hell Bent and recently in Sex Education & Years and Years. She’s my ideal choice for the Doctor on TV but she’s a terribly good actress who I’d love to see in more!
