The Eleven. When he arrived I thought why hasn't this been done before, great idea for a villain.

I must admit I do enjoy The Eleven as a villain and in terms of a concept but I do get the impression that no one quite knew what to do with him in such releases in Ravenous. Maybe my memory is failing me but he just sort of hangs around for a while up until the admittedly excellent finale in Ravenous 4.
Still look forward to seeing what his other incarnations are like and especially who they get to play them.

Nimrod - scheming and nasty. More effective against Sixie than Seven if I'm honest.

Has to be the Daleks I love their screeching especially last thing in the evening or when am feeling low somehow they just make me want to turn the volume up louder kick back on the sofa and let them drill into my brains.
actually a favourite or mines is Michael Jayston (Valeyrd) in Doctor Who range and in Dark Shadows-Christopher Ragland(Jonah Rooney) in The Flip Side-totally chilling performance

More original aliens then original villains but I rather have a soft spot for the Grolls from the Kamelion Empire. If only because I think the idea that their dialect when translated is nothing but profanities and obscenities is a really funny one.

The Rocket Men have always stood out to me as a group that should show up on TV, as well as the Viyrans - they're well-designed and have simple-to-understand motives that could translate well on-screen. Maybe the Scorchies too...
And I'd like another story with the Gentlemen of the Dice from the Jago & Litefoot Revival, in whatever medium!
But as for my favourite audio villains? Ooh... the Word Lord was something, wasn't he? Sabaoth from Ghost Walk sticks out (largely because of Stephen Greif's absolutely gorgeous vocal performance). And the Eleven. And the original Klein, if she counts!
