This may have been done in prose or on audio but it's not been done on TV. I thought it would be neat for the Doctor to visit an alternate Earth where the Master is the scientific advisor to UNIT. The Master convinces the Brig that the Doctor is the Time Lord renegade. I thought perhaps you could mix it up with a third race of "Silurian", perhaps flying intelligent reptiles (considering that we had both land and sea species)? That is an interesting idea! I don’t think this has been done before! What do you think UNIT would be like with the Master as scientific advisor? Probably as close to the established version of UNIT as possible? I think it would be more fun to have the Master pull the wool over the eyes of an honest version of UNIT than an equally evil one (say if you were to have a version of the eye Patched Brig from Inferno). It would work better to have it happen with an established UNIT team though, or perhaps a set of people playing the traditional version with the Brig, Yates, Benton etc. I think it would work better as an audio. If so you could even employ the Bambera era version of UNIT?

An artist does a painting or drawing of the Doctor but then somehow it comes to life and tries to replace the real Doctor.

In a twist to the usual approach, the Doctor joins forces with the Master whilst pretending to be a future incarnation of him.

A UNIT story where they have to investigate when several of their operatives are found dead in their sleep. As it turns out a former agent of theirs, one who was apparently killed in a mission gone wrong, has developed the ability to enter and influence the dreams of others and is determined to get his revenge on those who he feels left him to die.
And if that doesn’t work, then their families will do. To defeat such an opponent, I think it would ultimately come down to trapping him within the mind of one of the resident psychics who would then enter a self induced coma to keep him permanently locked up. Or somehow removing his ability to sleep.

I am surprised this didn’t happen during series 8, but a story where 12 and Danny swap bodies and see what it’s like to be each other and experience how Clara interacts with them when the other isn’t around.

A companion takes the Doctor out clubbing with their friends, expecting the Doctor to be the responsible one, only for the Doctor to party harder than anyone else and the companion having to practically drag the Doctor back to the TARDIS!

Never thought I’d imagine what it would be like for the Doctor to experience a come down but now I do.

I can picture the Second Doctor there. The beginning of Enemy of the World, where he goes for a swim in his undergarments, it the best illustration of his childlike impulsiveness and lack of inhibition when he cares so.

That’s easily one of my favourite moments in not just that story but the entirety of the Second Doctor’s era.

I see it has been reissued lately on Blu-Ray (Amazon). Have been kind of tempted to revisit it of late. There are quite a few elements similar to your ideas in there, such as a murderer infiltrating the project to cure the neuroses of VIP's through their dreams. It has Dennis Quaid, Kate Capshaw (Mrs Spielberg) & Christopher Plummer and some good visuals of the nightmare/dream sequences, not least the very arresting opening scene. Just as well it has not been remade as it would be a dead cert for CGI overkill.

Can’t go wrong with Christopher Plummer after all. Thanks for the recommendation though, I’ll definitely give it a look when I can. And yes, thank heavens for small mercies when it comes to not being remade.
