Okay this an idea that came from my other thread Silly Head Cannons but I really want to see this as a story, perhaps BF: Missy turns 12 into a werewolf so she can keep him as her pet, but then Clara rescues him from Missy and let’s werewolf 12 stay at her flat. Werewolf 12 is really more like a puppy than a viscous monster though and lets Clara pet him, is very licky, and wags his tail a lot. Clara feels bad that 12 has to be a werewolf though and actually asks Missy to change her into a werewolf too for a bit so she can keep him company better. Missy is a little too happy to accommodate this though and locks werewolf 12 and werewolf Clara in a crate in her TARDIS. 12 and Clara only half mind though, well until Missy threatens to make their wolf forms permanent. Werewolf 12 and werewolf Clara would be adorable! I bet they would have very soft fur!🐺🥰 I wonder if they would still be able to speak as werewolves?🤔😊 Maybe ask someone to a commission comic of it

This could be an interesting story post Hell Bent story for Clara, Clara misses 12 so much that she decides to make her own 12 either as a clone or an android in order to keep her company, of course things don’t go as planned.

A story which deals with the fallout of the ending of ‘Sleep No More’
Say what you will about the quality of the original television episode but I really think there are a lot of fascinating roads you could go down on what impact the broadcast signal would have on a society no longer dependent on sleep.

12 gets bitten by a literal cuddlebug and becomes uncontrollably dangerously addicted to hugs so much so Clara and UNIT have to work to find a cure.

This falls under crossover and would have to be part of the comic series because they've literally crossed these two franchises over officially once before.
This also falls under fanfic idea that I tried to write once, but I lack discipline so I hereby give it away.
The Reaper (Beevers) Master is rescued from an exploding ship by the USS Enterprise during her five year mission. What follows is a standard 60s Trek episode where the recuperating Master is interrogated by Kirk, views data tapes on the incident recounted in 'The Enemy Within,' and is able to witness a scenario in the medical bay where another survivor who revives tries to kill him, but is stopped by the incredible strength offered by the Enterprise's Vulcan science officer. The Master then hatches a plan to use the teleporter to pull off a body snatch via a refined version of what happened to Tuvok and Neelix. He reckons if the Teleporter can split Kirk apart, it can combine, too.

River Song uses her 'Rita Hayworth' face to interact with another Doctor, This time it is the Sixth. It is very early in Sixie's timeline. Very...early, and he tries her patience. Am shocked that this hasn't been done and that the opportunity hasn't peaked anyone's interest.

An unusual twist the Doctor gets a new companion who is completely unable to leave the TARDIS or else they will die, so the the Doctor communicates with them through a video chat and shows what is happening on the travels. As for the reason why they can’t leave the TARDIS, either they’re ill or perhaps there are assassins after them wherever they go.

I’m imagining it’s because Time has been altered to such an extent which threatens their very existence and as such they can’t leave the TARDIS without fading from existence.

I bet they would still be really tempted to try to go outside the TARDIS anyways! I can imagine them trying to sneak out for a second and the Doctor having to make them go back inside before they fade away completely. I think having a companion who can’t leave the TARDIS would give an opportunity to explore more of the rooms and features, since the companion would probably still want to explore their new surroundings!
