A story inspired by the happily ever after potion subplot in “Shrek 2” but with 12 and Clara 😊 I ‘m not going to explain it, you know it makes sense if you think about it 😉

Using a similar idea to the improbability drive from “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”, the TARDIS starts to glitch and the Doctor and their companion(s) start start to change into different random things: plants, different kinds of aliens, older/younger, swapped genders, sofas, giant, tiny, animals etc.

Have we ever actually had the story where the Doctor first got his hands on his psychic paper?

Yes, it's "World Game" by Terrance Dicks. Quite why the Doctor then doesn't use for regeneration after regeneration, I'm not sure.
On a completely-unrelated note,
1) what about a story set between "The Shapeshifter" and "Voyager" establishing why Avan Tarklu has remained aboard the TARDIS, and why has he chosen the identity of a penguin named Frobisher simply to please the Doctor?
2) what about a story, perhaps in a similar vein, establishing him back on the TARDIS before "A Cold Day in Hell"? If dropping off companions for temporary holidays is the thing, perhaps Mel can be in this story too?

The Doctor and a Companion go stargazing on a beach and not much else happens other than them talking to each other and looking at the stars and perhaps a few songs around a campfire.
I don’t know why but I think this would a highly satisfying kind of story for BF to do. Lots of interesting character interaction, perhaps some revelations on how they see each other, beautiful appreciative discussions of the stars, and maybe a few cute moments with campfire songs. Sometimes I feel like we don’t have enough dw stories that slow down and take their time for relaxed character interactions.

The Doctor and companion(s) wake up on the floor of the TARDIS console room to find that it has been has been completely trashed and the Doctor nor the companion have any memory of what happened. tThe Doctor and companion gradually put together that they hosted a wild party in the TARDIS the night before. The Doctor and companion find clues of happened like the fact that they seem to inexplicably swapped clothes, they find strange guests still sleeping in various areas of the TARDIS( among whom include the likes of big foot, Elvis, and Alpha Centuri) and one of the guests took video footage of the Doctor and companion apparently winning a dance contest by recreating the ending dance number from “Dirty Dancing” in zero gravity, etc. We gradually see more flashbacks hinting at all the weird things that happened the night before.
Not sure which Tardis team I would want for this but it would be hilarious?😄

A fifth Doctor story where cricket is key to the storyline.
Or, inspired by the Gulf/Golf business in the current podcast (and thinking about it, this idea has been used in one of the charity fanfic anthologies that were a thing twenty years ago), a story set entirely in a round of golf.

Might've been part of his memory block. He wasn't able to remember the aliens' origin in The Ambassadors of Death because of it, so it's not improbable that he forgot about it. 1) Well, here's a rather curious consideration: Frobisher is perhaps one of only three(?) companions that the Doctor doesn't bring up short for calling him "Doc". It's usually quite the thing with him, regardless of incarnation, but Avan Tarklu is a notable exception. 2) Yeah, A Cold Day in Hell is a bit of an odd duck--erm, penguin. It almost reads like an alternate universe version of Dragonfire where the Seventh Doctor regenerated with Frobisher rather than Mel. The holiday to A-Lux is meant to take Frobisher's mind off the fact that Peri's gone (almost as if he'd just found out). Poor mesomorph feels redundant. I'd almost stick it out-of-sequence between his departure story prior to Trial and his brief return in The Maltese Penguin.

This might be too silly a premise but: The Doctor discovers that somehow the scorchies have managed to transform Daleks into scorchies themselves. The Doctor must then decide if the Daleks are better off this way, if they are now somehow more dangerous as scorchies, and what does it say about how dangerous and powerful the scorchies are that they managed to successfully convert the Daleks. Yes, there would be a big musical number with the Dalek scorchies in the style of “Springtime for Hitler” from The Producers and then it the song would end with the reveal that the scorchies converted Davros himself with Davros singing the end solo in a surprisingly over the top and flamboyant way. I can just imagine how confused and bewildered the Doctor would be!🤣
Sidenote: At least this would be something new and uncharted for BF to do with the Daleks!

During series 9 era, 12 tries to impress Clara by helping her host a dinner party at her flat and tries to use some some of the social skills Clara has been trying to teach him.
I can just see 12 very awkwardly trying to use the note cards in order to try to talk to the guests. Of course Clara would tell 12 to just be himself. 12 would then win everyone over with his guitar playing.
Also there is an alien creature on the loose in Clara’s flat and one of the guests is secretly an assassin and has poisoned some of the food without 12 and Clara’s knowledge.
Sidenote: I wonder how 12 and Clara would explain how they know each other?

A story set in the ‘40s or possibly the ‘50s where the Doctor encounters a group of children with a dog who definitely aren’t simply a pastiche of a certain Famous Five or Secret Seven.

A story inspired by Mrs. Doubtfire where the Doctor disguises themselves in drag as a new nanny so they can watch over and protect a former companion and their children without anyone finding out the Doctor’s true identity.
Not sure which incarnation of the Doctor I would want for this, it would need to be a male incarnation unless it was flipped and 13 or the fugitive Doctor disguised herself as a male butler/valet. I guess whichever incarnation would be funniest in drag as a nanny?
Not sure which former companion and their family I would want the Doctor to protect 🤔
