A few more: 12 is a secret massive Disney fanboy ( he did once reference Frozen, after all). He and Clara have gone to Disney world 5 times. His companions sometimes catch him watching Disney sing-a-longs in the TARDIS. Also his favorite Disney movie is Beauty and the Beast, because although he does not admit it he relates to the relationship between Beast and Belle. In fact he cries during the ending every time! He also sometimes starts quoting Mary Poppins to Missy to wind her up. The Doctor has tried dyeing their hair ginger in multiple incarnations but it always turns out a disaster in some way, including on one memorable occasion setting their hair on fire which inexplicably turned it purple. The Doctor sometimes sings to their TARDIS, even one time writing them a love song!
12 pierced his ear and almost got a tattoo but Clara stopped him! He was going through an, um, “interesting phase” at the time, he was in a band and thought it would make him look punk😄 Do you think the TARDIS ever sings back? The Doctor, dozing quietly in the Cloister Room among colonnades hugged in ivy where no companion can find them, and then, there's this sound...That would definitely be how the TARDIS sings! I wonder if the Doctor and the TARDIS ever duet with each other?

The Doctor has an extremely messy bedroom somewhere on the TARDIS. It would be a gorgeous old fashioned room with a four poster bed or it would if it wasn’t covered in everything from old test tubes to past incarnations clothes! They hardly ever sleep in it but they love jumping on their bed!
12 once released his own rock album and was reluctantly regarded as UK’s heartthrob (it’s a long story, he wasn’t quite his normal self )
4 and Arthur Dent are best friends!
6 once bought Peri a matching out for Christmas so she could have her own rainbow coat! Peri wore it all Christmas so his feelings wouldn’t be hurt☺️
12 had a companion we didn’t see on tv a fellow Scotsman who happens to look like Craig Ferguson!
Jo once dared 3 to come to work at UNIT in just a t-shirt and jeans, he did actually it! He decided he liked it so much he wore them all week! Until the Brig told him he had to go back to wearing capes because it was distracting everyone!

12 had a companion we didn’t see on tv a fellow Scotsman who happens to look like Craig Ferguson! Ferguson should have been a Banto Zame conman character pretending to be the Doctor but way over his head. Then the Doctor leaves the TARDIS door open for him at the end of the story to show him the REAL way to travel the universe.

When Big Finish eventually gets Capaldi they should cast Ferguson as 12’s first big finish only companion! Imagine the epic bromance that would ensue! It would be one of the greatest Doctor/Companion teams of all time!

The Doctor tells bedtime stories to the TARDIS every night 😴
The Doctor most definitely sleeps with stuffed animals, and all of them each represent a different companion they had in the past so that the Doctor feels like they are always with them. Not that they would ever let any of their companions know about this though 😉
One time Clara accidentally came to the TARDIS too early and witnessed 12 dancing around the console room in his question mark underpants , sonic sunglasses, and bunny slippers while belting out Bowie songs 😎😳🤣
Mel’s carrot juice one time actually turned Sixie into a giant carrot 🥕

1. Other way around I'd like to think. 2. Similarly the Doctor's not keen on Pears because the 1st Doc (William Hartnell) got chased by a gigantic sentient one while trying to make pear Cider and as a result the Doc's sworn off them for eternity Regards mark687

Other way around I'd like to think. Regards mark687 Ooo I like it! What does the TARDIS tell bedtime stories about? What companions and their descendants are doing now, perfect cricket matches, a lullaby or 2, turning into a Train or possibly just affirmation "We do the best we can for the Cosmos because sometimes there's no one else, try to be right but never not be kind" Regards mark687

All the Doctors have alter egos that are different from their normal personas
A chameleon arched 12 went art school in the 1980s 😉
The Doctor once wrote a children’s adventure book series.
Sixie’s underwear match his coat! . 12 has sentient hair!

Fitz and Rory are members of a regular poker circle. Neither of them have ever won. Although Rory's currently one up on Fitz, insofar as he wasn't in the room on the day the ceiling fell in.

12 spent an entire week transformed into an owl once.
Sixie has footy pajamas that match his coat!
The Doctor loves bubble baths and has rubber ducks.
3 once opened his own Venusian Akito studio to help bullied youths which competed against a rival Venusian Akito studio founded by the Master.
The Doctor loves mismatched socks! Especially ones with novelty patterns on them!
1 and Susan went to a Beatles concert together and got invited on stage because of Susan’s dancing!
12 once came to Coal Hill school with his guitar just so he could play a song he wrote for Clara. She was in the middle of a lesson a the time but afterwards all her students wanted 12 to teach them how to play the guitar.
The reason why the Doctor themselves never sees any real ghosts is because all the real ghosts are scared of the Doctor so they hide all the time.
The Doctor loves knitting and has knitted jumpers for all their companions!
12 is scared of the dark the rare times that he does actually sleep and often uses a nightlight or even sleep overs with his companions so he doesn’t have to be alone at night. Clara being from Blackpool has a secret love of mermaids.
12 temporarily had brunette hair at some point, it’s a long story😉
Sixie once had his own fashion line! It was surprisingly popular!
The Doctor loves wearing footy pajamas to bed.
9 and Rose took dance lessons together 😉

The Doctor has a bedroom somewhere in the TARDIS, and it’s equipped with a Thunderbirds-style mechanism to rapidly transport him to the console room.
Well it’s more effective than wandering the maze of identical corridors.

Not exactly the silliest of head canons but I think in the DW universe, the Mandela Effect is an after effect of The Doctor and other such time travellers constantly travelling through the Time Vortex. The effect or I guess phenomenon becomes stronger or more prevalent when serious alterations to time occur.

12 once gave himself a “ makeover “ that caused so much trouble that UNIT had to get involved (it’s a very long story).

Cuthbert (a recurring character/antagonist from the Fourth Doctor Adventures) seeing the success of such organisations/groups as Torchwood and “the group from Bannerman Road” has founded several groups across specific parts of Earth’s history in order to help defend it when the Doctor is otherwise absent.
He very rarely becomes directly involved in the running of the group (although he naturally brings together such individuals he feels are worthy candidates) and instead prefers to act as an anonymous backer financing many of their activities.
Such points in time include
* Los Angeles in The Golden Age of Hollywood * The Old West * Feudal Japan * And one which is rumoured but has yet to be confirmed located somewhere in Europe during Dark Ages.
(I’ve actually used this idea in my DWAITAS RPG sessions. The thought of Cuthbert franchising groups to help defend the Earth made too much sense not to use.)

The TARDIS can sleep and dream. Sometimes the TARDIS’s dreams overlap with the Doctor’s.

Dimensions in Time merely was an elaborate nightmare the Doctor suffered which had been constructed by a particularly unimaginative enemy based on the Doctor’s knowledge of Earth culture. Another nightmare he suffered was having all his incarnations re enact the music video to Billy Joel’s ‘Longest Time.’

Some of the Doctor’s internal organs are sentient. Also 12 has sentient hair!
Sixie once wrote a musical about himself!
Jack Skellington is based on the Doctor. Think about it 😉
The Doctor has gone full on mad scientist before and has had experiments backfire on them horribly!
