elkawho I don't know if you want to drop "Cyber Marathon" from your Thread Titles and that way we've got general discussion Threads for nearly all the Cybermen stories released so far?

Okay, I think I've added all of the Cybermen Rewatch threads to the Index. Infosar as titles are concerned, it doesn't really matter, the only real requirement is to have either the name of the story/set or the appropriate number. When I was compiling the Index, I was scanning for very specific things -- number, obvious titles, etc. -- and that's probably why I skipped over the rewatch thread. I simply read the first two words, saw that they weren't themselves indicative of a single release' discussion, and moved on.
There was only one thread w/ a potential issue, and that was a two-story one. I bumped it up w/ the relevant request, but it's really just to settle my own anxieties. I may be unique here, but I wouldn't feel right going in a thread titled after one story in a release to discuss a different story in that release.
EDIT: also there was a Cyberman 1 & 2 marathon thread... is it referring to the Cyberman Volume 1/2 sets currently in the Misc. Ranges category, or something else? I currently added the thread there as [alt?] links.

Correct BF Sell Series 1 as separate DLs, Series 2 as separate DL or Series 1 and 2 as a combined DL for the Listen thru marathon both series were covered in the 1 thread. Regards mark687

Ah, good to know. Thanks. I've corrected the index.
Also, while I was in there, I revised some of the tags. I tried to keep 2-3 character tags the same as those used by the fandom, but in cases where I wasn't aware of any convention, I just made something up. EG I've only ever seen myself refer to the New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield as "NABS."
So, anyway, I've changed River Song's tag from DRS to RIV, and Bernice Summerfield's tag from BS to BEN. If anyone wants to suggest any changes to tags, feels free.
I've thought about using WAR for the War Master, but I like the parity between WM and WD, and if I did that, what would the War Doctor's tag be? DOC? WDA? I dunno. Just random thoughts. While I'm here.

Okay, so I've updated the index with links to new threads, as well as links to four discussion threads for Short Trips that were in the "Paul Spragg Opportunity" sub-forum, which I missed the first time around. If y'all don't mind me asking, what is this sub-forum and why is it necessary? It doesn't seem very active.

If y'all don't mind me asking, what is this sub-forum and why is it necessary? It doesn't seem very active. A lot of the activity for that tends to be off-screen, so to speak. Every year, Big Finish launch the Paul Spragg Memorial Opportunity, which is a writing competition for anyone interested in submitting a script that could be turned into a Short Trip (the former STs editor, Ian Atkins, wrote a beautiful piece for us explaining the contest's origins in The Paul Spragg ReCollections). The board itself is basically used as a place to touch base, share ideas and make announcements regarding deadlines. Those Short Trips mentioned there were the winners of the competitions.

Ahaha... I just worry that I'll miss some, if too many come at once, as any threads that get pushed off the front page before I notice, well... won't be noticed.

Thanks! My plan is to make any updates as I notice them, but to try and scroll through each board to double-check at the end of each month. And I'll try to add listings to the index for upcoming releases as they're announced, to make it easier if I die or disappear or something for a mod to pick up where I left off. Knock on wood and all that.
Anyway, one thing I want to comment on briefly is that I added listings for the newly-announced War Doctor Begins range... for now, I've decided to separate this range from the War Doctor Range, for the same reason I don't include EDAs or Short Trips under the relevant Doctor's heading. The idea is that these categories aren't simply for releases featuring a given Doctor, but releases featuring that Doctor, played by their primary actor. So David Bradley is Big Finish's 1st Doctor, and Big Finish's War Doctor will always be John Hurt.
This is why I've double-posted some entries, which I think I've already explained?
Anyway, the ultimate result of this is that the War Doctor Begins range is categorized in the index as a "Worlds of Doctor Who" release, and because those are arranged alphabetically... it's at the very bottom. As I think I've made clear from this... superfluity of text, I'm not very confident in the organization of the Index, so if anyone takes issue with this--or anything else--and has an idea of how to make it all better and clearer and simpler... please. I've spent the better part of a year trying to make sense of all Big Finish's output, and this is as far as I've been able to get.
EDIT: Also I'm not sure how this board works, but I've set every thread to "read" as of "now" so hopefully this means that every new thread or post in an old thread here will be tagged with a "new" icon, which should making finding new threads much easier.

I’ve noticed that the link for Legend of the Cybermen actually leads to the discussion thread for Last of the Cybermen.
