Apologies to anyone that might have been following this thread, as I haven't updated it in a couple of months. Here is a quick update of who has been on the show, as well as who is upcoming!
First was John Dorney, which was a bloody fantastic interview, and we talked a lot about things such as Dalek Universe, Stranded, Robots and UNIT/4DA companions Harry Sullivan and Naomi Cross! Here is the link to the first episode - John Dorney Part One
Then I happily invited Big Finish and TV writer Emma Reeves. We talked right as My Mum Tracy Beaker came out, so it was perfect timing to talk about it, and Big Finish releases such as Torchwood: Outbreak, Moons of Vulpana and River Song. The first episode is available at - Emma Reeves Part One
Next up was Big Finish stalwart Jonathan Morris. With so many Doctor Who audios and books written, it was hard to choose which ones to talk about, but expect talk of Festival of Death, Ghost in the Machine, Plague City, Protect and Survive, Bloodied and more! - Jonathan Morris Part One
I have made a concentrated effort to get more actors on the show, so in that vein, the next couple of guests are just that! I got the chance to nerd out with actor Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo, who has been in a few Big Finish audios of late, such as Hearts of Darkness, Lease of Life and the upcoming Lone Centurion: Camelot!
Then, after commissioning my brand new logo from him, I interviewed Big Finish's Harry Sullivan, Christopher Naylor! It was a blast getting to know his experiences playing Harry in different series and some great insights to Tom Baker!
Celebrated and award-winning audiobook writer and narrator Imogen Church then joined me on the show. This might be the funniest interview I have ever done, with plenty of different voice full of insight to Big Finish, Audible and more!
Roland Moore, one of the many jewels in Big Finish's writing crown was kind enough to be on the show. We talked about Night Witches and Star Cops, as well as upcoming releases After the Daleks and Stone Cold!
Then, director, writer, producer and actor extraordinaire Helen Goldwyn joined me for an hour. Another mention of Star Cops(one of my favourite ranges), Lady Christina, Tenth Doctor, Classic Companions and more! And yes, Helen is just as kind as she is talented.
My first ever chance to interview two people at once came, as I invited real life writing power couple AK Benedict and Guy Adams to join me on the show. I genuinely love all my interviews, but this is a definite highlight. I spent almost the entire time laughing and in awe of the talent. I also have the genuine ability to call them friends in general after this, which is mind-blowing.
