It's not everyday that a Time Lord finds themselves in immediate peril. Well... Actually, it is. Quite frequently, as a matter of fact. But, occasionally, we are treated to those places in space and time where danger takes a backseat to some genuine R&R. It can be the bombardment of positive ions at the Eye of Orion, the effervescent seas of Florana or even the surface of the nineteenth-century Moon... Do you have a favourite quiet place that the TARDIS team has arrived into rest (if only temporarily)?

Stockbridge, definitely. Small town charm with cricket and the occasional apocalyptic event.

I rather liked the idea of Callanna from the recent main range story ‘Thin Time/Madquake’ myself.
Although, admittedly I think like Tegan I’d personally be rather suspicious of it as well.

The dinner at "The Nuthutch" during 'The Green Death' is my favourite interlude in any story. Just for once, the Doctor and his friends get the chance to sit around, enjoy a meal and a chat and a night off. Of course five seconds later it's giant maggots instead of after-dinner mints, but at least there was that one quiet moment! And as a story opener, 'The Romans' holiday at their (ahem!) "borrowed" villa for the TARDIS crew. Peaceful, idyllic and far too good to last, but it must have been very relaxing to just settle down for a few weeks in the Italian sun - before they all got into trouble as usual, which is just about where we came in. I wonder what the villa's owner said when he got back from the wars and found all the best wine amphorae drained dry (we know the Doctor has impeccable taste in wine, he'd go for the good stuff first!), the cheese and olives gone from the stores and his estate strangely short of chickens, fruit, honey... 'and who took my old togas?!! Thieves, vagabonds, barbarians!' ... No not barbarian, it was Barbara&Ian! And the other two, the whole TARDIS crew were thieves and squatters weren't they - disgraceful conduct to depict on a family show! Mind you, considering the moral state of the Empire under Nero... 'when in Rome...'

Couple of 2nd Doc ones
The last 5 minutes of Fury so everything from Dinner at the Harris's onward
The 1st bunch of scenes in Isabel's flat (fashion Shoots and sandwiches) in The Invasion
My favorite one though which is both so small but big at the same time is the "Sugar" scene in Remembrance
