This probably a really odd question, but one I wonder if anyone else has difficulty with: Does it upset/make you uncomfortable to see your favorite Doctor’s successor in their their previous incarnations clothes?
For example: Even though I like 13 okay, and she looks good in it, I actually find it almost painful to look at her in 12’s old suit. It just feels morbid and upsetting to see her wear my favorite incarnations clothes after a regeneration that felt too much like real death. It’s almost a relief when 13 changes into her normal clothes. Oddly this doesn’t bother me with any other incarnations in their predecessors clothes.
Side note: I am probably just being over sensitive but but 12’s regeneration into 13 just hit differently for me.
Does anyone else find it almost too morbid seeing the successor of your favorite Doctor wear their old clothes post-regeneration?

I am the opposite, I actively keep any pics in this transition period if it pops up on my bookface feed.

Nah, those moments are great. Like in The Eleventh Hour when Smith's rattling around in the tattered remains of Tennant's suit, earning his Raggedy Man nickname, or Colin in the mud-stained cricket uniform, fresh from Androzani. Plus it's good for the action figure companies! Actually, I'd love to see a Doctor hold onto their old self's outfit a little longer and slowly transition to something new as they grow into their own personality.

Would have loved to have seen Eccleston in McGann’s outfit But the closest was the photograph from Rose
