This is oddly specific, but I have noticed there are moments in DW that give me a special happy, tingly butterflies feeling, sort of an excited feeling of overwhelming warmth like everything is alright. These are moments that feel filled with a strange sort of magic and emotion in them! What moments in DW make you feel this way? Also what moment that hasn’t happened yet in DW but you would like it to, would give you this feeling? This could apply to any era!
Mine: There are many small moments that make me feel this way but I would say that the ending of Last Christmas gives me the most of this tingly butterflies feeling! It’s so magical the way it goes from bittersweet and heartbreaking to being magical, heartwarming and romantic.
It hasn’t happened yet but if 12 and Clara ever kissed on the lips it would definitely give me butterflies! Come on BF and/or expanded universe!😉

I don't know if I'd describe my feeling quite like that, but I have a big ol' soft spot for Ian and Barbara gallivanting around London together after finally getting home. I like to think they got together in the end.
Generally the good vibes is less from moments in particular and more comfy TARDIS teams like 2/Jamie, 4/Sarah Jane, 10/Donna etc. 3, Jo, and UNIT is probably the overall strongest feeling of family on the show.
I can't really think of anything that hasn't happened yet in that department that I desperately want to happen, honestly. I'm far from impervious to feels, but I'm not much for shipping or that sort of thing when it comes to Doctor Who.

In that case, at the top of my wishlist is having K9 be a regular companion again. I love that little tin dog.

Maybe not quite "happy tingly" feelings, but any triumphant moment for K9 (or the Brigadier) gives me a real "punch the air" feeling. Like whenever he trundles in to save the day - again, either K9 or the Brigadier - who says Brigadiers can't trundle?!

None have given me the butterfly feeling Closest I can think of happiness is the TV movie "These shoes!" is a very warm moment, certainly. And actually makes me think of another category of Nice Moments: those moments when whichever actor first became the Doctor to you. Those certainly provoke a strong reaction in me when rewatching - I'll spoiler the rest for length (and also I might have posted this list before...) 1. Some impish laugh probably. 2. When he avoided one puddle on Vulcan and landed in another. 3. His first conversation with Liz, about his new face and the planet Delphon. 4. "Said the iceberg to the Titanic." 5. "Well, that's democracy for you." 6. "You were expecting someone else?" 7. Maybe "Days like crazy paving." (but there's probably something earlier than that...) 8. "These shoes!" 9. "Nice to meet you, Rose Tyler. Run for your life!" 10. "Hold on, that's the Lion King." 11. Throwing Amy the apple and explaining who he is. 12. "Have there been any other similar murders?" 13. Probably the sonic screwdriver moment, but the Demons of the Punjab wedding feels like a big defining 13 moment as well.

Ooh, on top of that, the Doctor turning to Grace -- putting pause on holding himself hostage -- and saying, "Look, I can't make your dream come true forever, Grace, but I can make it come true for you today." And that's the moment she throws her lot in with him and decides to trust him completely. It's that moment between a Doctor and companion where both characters click and just sing.

Hello again. "Everybody lives, Rose! Just this once! Everybody lives! Even more than that, the callback in Forest of the Dead. First time around, that one hit me hard.

There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you.

Warrior’s Gate: “She won’t be all right. She’ll be superb.” Remembrance of the Daleks: “... Unlimited rice pudding! Etc, etc.” The Empty Child: The Doctor popping up at the dinner table. (That’s when I really knew we were in good hands with the revival) Forest of the Dead: “Of course you’re real!” and “Don’t you dare!” The Day of the Doctor: everything following “What’s the mad fool doing now?” up to “You know I really think you might.”

I always liked that moment in The Mysterious Planet when the Doctor says to Drathro that if he knew everything that had gone into creating humans he’d want him to rush back in and save them all.

Bit of an odd one this but I rather like The Eighth Doctor’s little story of the Krampus that he tells at the beginning of Better Watch Out.
It’s more atmospheric and eerie if anything but McGann has such a perfect voice for storytelling.
