That’s a cracking cover.

Considering the almost computer bank design behind the Doctor, I wonder if Blake Ritson’s role will be that of an artificial intelligence? A homage towards his role of Brainiac on Krypton if you will

Great cover, love that the Doctor is sporting his underrated blue suit throughout this. Love the Death to the Daleks style Daleks too; they look good battered!

I am interested to know who Blake Ritson will be playing.
I have said in the past I think that he would have made a great Master, but I think we have enough of them. But I am hoping he will be an antagonist for the Doctor.
Perhaps he will be The Ten opposite the Tenth Doctor!?

From what I can remember we don’t know much about The Ten so he’d be a good pick to flesh the incarnation out a bit more. After all, they do need to fill in the gaps.

I read that some people thought big finish and used an image of a ship from battle stargalatica It's not the same ship, but it is essentially the same design as the original Colon Raider: a disc with split "wings," a square-ish cockpit module terminating in two square-ish engines. For reference: en.battlestarwikiclone.org/wiki/Raider_(TOS)As an enormous starship geek, who recreates and reimagines famous designs and constructs original ships, too, I'm inclined to see it as an accidental similarity. The "flying saucer" is a classic shape to riff on, and the boxy cockpit has been a go-to, utilitarian shape to use since Star Trek's Galileo, at least.

Great trailer. The synopsis for The Lost has an intriguing sentence: Searching for replacement parts, they find their way to a building where heart-breakingly familiar faces await them.
Potentially a couple of cameos in store? I think one from Donna could be a real gut punch for the Doctor at this point in his timeline and have some great drama.

I wonder if it’s perhaps referring to the now discontinued Marks One through Six myself. Only works though if you present the idea that all the models are complete replicas of one another and just keep getting more advanced over time.

I wonder if some casualties of Master Plan might haunt the Doctor, given the Terry Nation universe theme. They do have a recast for Katarina after all...

Noticed in the trailer that Anya mentioned "dead Kaleds', and Mark mentions "Thals". Maybe we'll see the survivors of Skaro again?

I've got a feeling that the ghosts of Sara Kingdom and Bret Vyon will show up in 'The Lost', that way Anya will finally learn that the Doctor knew her aunt and uncle, as was teased in 'The House Of Kingdom'.
