action packed from the moment you step out of the Tardis and an old Foe or really just an Alien doing what Aliens do.I really love the Lucie Miller period of the eighth Doctor they are for me a great Tardis Team some stories stronger than others but definitely entertaining.Nicks script speeds along with plenty of action again another favourite

I love that one. It takes the ideas stolen from two famous SciFi Movies (Starship Troopers and Aliens) and runs away with them and meshes them up. The pacing is great, as are the side characters.

Ditto. The central premise of Wirrin Dawn is rather brilliant. It's like Darwin's finches. The Wirrin changed the humans, but the humans also changed the Wirrin. In ways that members of their own species didn't realise and vehemently reject once they do find out. It asks the question: parasitism or symbiosis? In a species as adaptable as ours, when does one become the other?

Very gothic and in the imagination great-sacrificial slabs calling the Wirrn...it’s a really good atmospheric script from Mr Briggs.

And yet another one added to my ‘Must Relisten’ list. Only thing I remember about it was that it very much was Aliens except with Wirrn instead of Xenomorphs.
