My take is now up at CultBox - loved the character of Emma Freemantle. Companion potential?

I liked this a lot. The cast are all spot-on and I think Guy Adams crafted a particularly well balanced story. It maybe felt a bit light and airy somehow but there are three more stories to the volume for which this would make quite the appetizer (and it has very much whet my appetite for hearing the next story sooner than later) and there were many nice touches here that it's good to kind of step back and appreciate. I'm glad the reviews have been noticing many of them, I feel like I'm in good company on that.

Not bad, Guy Adams has definitely captured that season 15 satire for this story, a little over the top in places but overall it is a solid entertaining opener for season 10 4DA.

I love the bit at the end where the Doctor is revealed as being the new owner of parts of London. It’s just rhe Doctor’s interjection of “Hello!” after his name is mentioned it hilariously delivered.

Listened to this one in bed last night, and not only did I not fall asleep (as I’m wont to do when I try to listen in bed), I loved it. This one was a hoot, so much fun.

I found it to be just the best distillation of the best parts of the 4th Doctor era, with Adams nailing the pace and comedy.
