A brilliant pilot for Jago and Litefoot. Even if you never liked ‘The Talons of Weng-Chiang’ you can’t deny the immediate and magical chemistry Christopher Benjamin and the late Trevor Baxter had with one another. Really shines through with the titular title characters.
If anything, it does make one wonder what would have happened had this not been a success and Jago and Litefoot was never commissioned as a spin off.
Almost doesn’t bear thinking about.
What did you all think?

I think on first listen the magic of the two actors bring it all to life and this continues into the next box set. As a tv show spin off it would have probably ran for years but probably a bit expensive thank God for audio.
