In a reverse from the previous thread, stick a Classic Doctor into a NuWho episode. Maybe dashing Three in Robin of Sherwood or Mummy on the Orient Express, or how about Five in Haunting of Villa Diodati, wrestling with the sheer weight of the choice between preserving history or stopping Ashad.

The First Doctor and Susan in The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit.
Purely for two things. Firstly, the sheer psychological tension you could do with a telepathically-active and thoroughly alien Susan. Moments where it's not clear if it's her acting and speaking or... it, from the pit. Secondly, the power behind a frail old man like One unlatching his safety line over the abyss and plummeting into the dislocated blackness:

The Second Doctor in The Unquiet Dead. If only because I’m surprised that throughout his television tenure, we never got a Second Doctor tale set in the Victorian era. Could imagine him chumming up with Charles Dickens whilst he wears that stovepipe hat of his.
Of course, the presence of his Doctor would mean the story would probably have a very different tone and the Gelth might be viewed as just another ethereal entity much like the Great Intelligence.

5th Doctor in The Doctor Falls - after Earthshock, this would be really emotional one for this incarnation
7th Doctor in Oxygen - really would fit into the politics of that incarnation and what the era was trying to comment on
3rd Doctor in The Idiot's Lantern - fits the pre-UNIT idea and the Doctor getting involved in something like this (would need to change the line about the danger of falling off of a high roof/ladder though!)
3rd Doctor - Spyfall - 3rd Doctor against a new incarnation of the Master?!
2nd Doctor - Age of Steel/Rise of the Cybermen - he's seen it all before, he could try to warn everyone and be ignored. Lots of dramatic irony there.
4th Doctor - Witches Familiar - Seeing a re-run of the Genesis scenes with a supposedly 'dying' Davros - would this incarnation be as compassionate?

The Fourth Doctor in 'The Girl in the Fireplace'.
Under no circumstances would he ever 'snog Madame de Pompadour' and that would give the story a very different style, more like one of the classic fairytales with the Doctor as the wise wizard appearing throughout her life, always with his air of magical innocence.
He'd also be terrific in the action scenes - perhaps because he followed 'the action Doctor' it's easy to forget what a great action Doctor Tom (and Terry Walsh!) was too. 'The Masque of Mandragora' or 'The Seeds of Doom' for example. I would love to see him come through that mirror on horseback, with his huge grin and hat and scarf flying behind him!

The Ghost Moument and The Witchfinders both give me strong 1st Doc vibes
Any 11th story with the 7th instead
4th and 11th do a Victorian "Avengers Assemble" with all the usual suspects in The Next Doctor
8th or 9th in the most recent series
2nd in Nightmare of Silver

Sixie and Peri in Deep Breath. Watching The Twin Dilemma for the first time I noticed how there were some elements about post regeneration that were very similar to Deep Breath. If Sixie and Peri were in Deep Breath as his post regeneration story they could expand on Sixie’s erratic post regeneration and Peri’s reaction to it in much the same way it does with 12 and Clara. Plus it would also mean we would no longer have the horrible strangulation scene that marred people’s perception of Sixie. I also would love to see Colin’s delivery of the “Just See Me” scene, which would have added a lot more vulnerability to Sixie that we have seen later in BF and I think it would work wonders to get audiences more on his side. It would give Peri more interesting things to do than she normally did on tv as well since she would be playing an active role. Sixie would fit in perfectly in the dark Victorian setting and I can absolutely see Peri considering joining the Paternoster Gang like Clara considered. Some things would be different of course, I could see Sixie being even harsher with the half face man than 12, but I think it would be an all around good fit for Sixie and Peri.

Seven and Mel in 'Kerblam!' which I think has a strong 'S24 but better' vibe.
Mel given a high-level role and using her computer skills to access the System, and I think the Doctor would have enjoyed concealing himself, mingling with the workers on the 'shop floor' - until the time was right to make his move... And I can really see both of them riding those conveyors. It would have been rather noisy but fun!

Oh to see the First Doctor come face to face with the Beast and standing in complete and utter defiance to its monstrous form.

Second Doctor, Jamie and Zoe in Robot of Sherwood
'Robin Hood! Are we still in the Land of Fiction?' 'I'm not sure Zoe... Jamie, come here a moment...' 'What d'ya - OW! Hey Doctor will ye let go o' ma face! Ow! OW!!' 'Thank you Jamie! It all seems quite real this time.' '(Ow ma nose...)' 'So this is the real Robin Hood?'' 'It seems very much like him, yeees... "Steal from the rich, give to the poor." You know, I've always rather liked the idea of being a Merry Man...' 'Oh no Doctor - you can't!' 'Can't I? Ha ha, come on Jamie!' 'Oh dear...'
A story full of Pat+Frazer comedy gold as "Doctor Tuck" and "Wee Jim" go outlawing (not very competently) with Robin and his gallant band, while Zoe (being Zoe) discovers and defeats the robot Sheriff and his "men" more or less single-handed. There's never been a computer which could outlogic Zoe of Sherwood!

This is more of a combination - but imagine if The Timeless Child reveal had happened during The Deadly Assassin. It would feel like a direct follow-up to the recent Morbius mind battle, while also establishing the thirteen lives rule for everyone BUT the Doctor. And some other season finales: Army of Ghosts & Doomsday as an alternate farewell for Six and Peri (and introducing Peri's family) Utopia-Sound of Drums-LotTL with Five, Tegan, Turlough and Ainley. In Utopia, the Master is wearing a rubber mask for course. Tegan takes Martha's role, Turlough takes Jack's. And of course, one I answered in a previous version of this thread - and scribbled some script for - the Third Doctor and Sarah Jane in Journey's End! With... The Doctor (The Stolen Earth) - Jon Pertwee The Doctor (Journey's End) - Tom Baker Metacrisis Doctor - Jon Pertwee Donna Noble - Sarah Jane Smith
Rose Tyler - Susan Campbell* Mickey Smith - Ian Chesterton Jackie Tyler - Barbara Chesterton Jackie Tyler (Bad Wolf Bay scene) - David Campbell
Martha Jones - The Brigadier Francine Jones - Doris
Harriet Jones - Liz Shaw Davros - The Master
Wilfred Mott - Sarah's Grandfather Sylvia Noble - Aunt Lavinia
Captain Jack Harkness - Mike Yates Gwen Cooper - Sergeant Benton Ianto Jones - Tom Osgood
Sarah Jane Smith - Jo Grant Luke Smith/Mr Smith - Clifford Jones K9 - Bessie
*Basically, the now-half-human "Metacrisis" Third Doctor would go off to the 22nd century to help rebuild the world with his granddaughter and her family!
