What do you expect or want to see from the range? I preordered both Avalon volumes, but I'd really love to hear more of Dell Grant. How about "Tales of Freedom City"? Do you think they'll do post- Guada Prime stories?

There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you.

I mentioned elsewhere that Bek from Shadow would be an obvious one as well as a sequel to Cygnus Alpha, telling us what happened after the death of Varga and then, a couple of years later, the collapse of the Federation.
I’d also like to know what to Kerril post-City and maybe even the story of Deeta Tarrant.

Colin Baker back as Bayban is a must
When you start to think about all the guest characters in B7 as potential for spin-offs, you quickly realise that in most but not all cases any possible spin-offs would have to be prequels to the TV episode because more often than not the guest stars died in the episode

Was there ever a story that dealt with the aftermath of Horizon? I would've liked to find out what happened to Ro and his people in those later years when everything Federation turned to sheer mayhem.

Okay, Big Finish had been doing B7 for a short while before I decided to dip in. Leading up to that, I found all 4 TV series available on YouTube and watched them. Then I bought everything that BF had to offer. I have to admit, due to the actors aging, I never found Blake or Tarrent to sound quite right, really only Avon, Vila and Cally really pulled it off. Jenna was borderline. But I coped with this reality and rolled with the changes and I really do like the BF B7 output.
I will miss Darrow as Avon though, much more so than missing Thomas as Blake. This is proof of my love of "snark" and I think Avon was rather the King of Snark. Maybe someday, someone will be found with the voice and acting chops to re-create Avon. But that does not mean I don't like the B7 universe without Avon... I do. So I did go and preorder the upcoming titles and expect to continue to do so going forward. As for what do I expect? Or want? My 2nd favorite character after Avon is Vila. So I want to hear some more from Keating! Beyond that, I just want good stories that fit properly into the established B7 Canon.

The Federation went to hell maybe a few months after Ro declared independence. But I agree, a “Horizon Wing” series a la “West Wing” would be interesting. A box set at least.

Good catch, I was thinking closer to the Crossfire/Restoration sets than Star One. When the President and Servalan start jockeying for power with one another. There's an interesting implication that post- Terminal... {Spoiler}...the Federation forces for Series D, using pylene-50 drug control and that Servalan is a fugitive from, belong to the President. I'd be interested in a West Wing or even I, Claudius take where we follow Horizon from Blake's victory/"victory" up to after the civil war.

It's kind of amusing. I don't know how such a recent title queued up on my rather overloaded play list, but I'm listening to the final Paul Darrow-penned Blake's Seven Audiobook, Lucifer Genesis. I live in Wyoming USA where a LOT of heavy wet snow recently dumped, and yesterday I went to try to clear some of it away. I grabbed my MP3 player where I had already started in on Genesis. This is a 7 hour audiobook I had barely began, but now I'm much further in while re-locating snow. All the while, listening to Steven Greif delivering the story.
I mostly mention this because I was taken by one section devoted mostly to Avon, I have to hand to Greif, he must have channeled Avon very well. When the next section stated, and his voice shifted to other characters and I was surprised at the change. I didn't even really realize he was leaning that heavily on the side of Avon until it shifted. (Now, I'm sure this included a break in recording, but still...)

Not surprised but terribly pleased by all of these announcements! I just re-listened to the first full-cast series over the last week and have felt in a very Blake's 7 mood in general. I was keen for Avalon next month, but it's nice to know I've got a huge amount of stuff to look forward to for the next year or so!

I have wanted the two Travises to meet up for years, and I just know that BF will think up a far cleverer way of doing it than I could imagine. So pleased that Blake's 7 is continuing; I really did think it would be quietly rested following the passing of three of its biggest characters. I'll be getting these releases with out a doubt.
Now, if we could only get Dark Shadows up and running again ...

The decision to do an ongoing series with Avalon is nothing short of inspired. I was a big fan of Figurehead in the Restoration series and there's one scene in there, towards the end, that felt indelibly like Blake's 7. A unique moment like the departure of the London from Earth or that crimson pulse showering the bloodbath on Gauda Prime. Something that feels like it's going to echo its way out for the characters. The character feels just different enough to the main cast that she'd bring something rather interesting to the fold. I'm looking forward to where it might go next. The move to a pair of full drama tagged with audiobooks is icing on the cake. Bayban, the Travises (Traves? Travisii?), the Clone Masters, and the Terra Nostra. That's a great selection of the series' rogues gallery.

Looks like John Ainsworth is no longer producing B7 after Avalon and David Richardson is back in charge That's interesting, as David Richardson will be producing the first Sixth Doctor Adventures rather than John Ainsworth (as in the Monthly Range). I wonder if they'll be doing a swap after their respective releases are up?

Well no worries as both do quality work...it’s great they will continue with the full casts with our remaining members and introducing new elements/characters if ever there was a universe that needed expanding its Blake’s Universe...let’s be honest here it’s a far more believable universe than the Trek one lol...and no Time Travelling “burden” and I know I get a bit tired of BF using the same vocals but no such problem with Colin as it was his character to begin with on the TV show and there are a lot more characters in the show that can and could be expanded upon...

Now that they have moved beyond Terry Nation created/licensed characters and concepts, hopefully Soolin's backstory is only a matter of time.

Wait....WHAT? *scrolls back through the thread*.............*checks date in case it's April 1st*..........*sound of jaw hitting the floor*I honestly thought that the two Avalon boxsets would be the most we would see of this new range this year...and oh boy, was I wrong about that!
Now we have the prospect of Stephen and Brian going all out to out sneer each other as Travis - no doubt alongside the return of the Clone Masters and a tie in novel to boot, the return of Bayban (I hope Colin ramps the bombast level up a notch this time. He was rather subdued in the TV show...🤪) and another tie in novel...and finally the return of the Terra Nostra and yet another tie in novel.
And most importantly the return of some of the surviving main cast members.
But you know what would be the cherry on top of this rather delicious looking cake?
The Liberator Chronicles - Volume 13
Go on Big Finish...make it so! (Bugger....wrong franchise...🤦♂️)
