Out today! Just picked it up and played for a few minutes before real life started calling. Lots of fun so far! Launch day discount - I got it for a whopping $3 USD.
Engadget reckons it's the best Doctor Who game ever made:
Trailer:
And the new rendition of the theme tune (I love the middle 8, like something John Williams would do for a Spielberg adventure!):

Pre-ordered this a few weeks ago and have been enjoying the promotion and story pieces. Can’t wait to play it this weekend!

Neat! I've been looking forward to this one too. Happily, I have some Google Play money kicking around from doing surveys so it was essentially free! Don't know when I'll get around to playing it... might have to rewatch Blink first (and maybe relisten to Fallen Angels).

Just started playing this morning! Anyone else a bit addicted? Whoever designed this game did an amazing job! Although it does feel weird and a bit creepy that the game has you going through someone’s abandoned phone! It feels very real which is cool!

It's so much fun! I finished it a little while ago after playing throughout the day. While I was sad to see it end, it was still a genuinely exciting and truly immersive experience. Really well designed. Worth every penny. If you're reading this and are on the fence, grab it while it's still at the discounted price, you won't regret it!
Be sure to keep watching past the closing credits! Don't blink!

Really enjoyed this, a great way to pass on two hours. It’s very cleverly designed and executed so it’s a pseudo sequel to Blink, but also a standalone, low key affair that makes it all the more realistic. I adore Osgood, so it’s great to have her involved, along with a few soundbites and footage of Ingrid Oliver herself. And it was so good to play a game with a notebook and pen at my side; I haven’t done that since Fez, almost 10 years ago now! My slight criticism is that there’s a couple of moments where the game feels limited by the way it’s been made. For example, there are moments where I felt I was a bit ahead where the story was, so the options given didn’t necessarily apply and it took me out slightly. I think the game is structured to go back to Osgood with every piece of evidence you get, as you get it, but as it doesn’t force you to do that, I sometimes went back with a few items and had already pieced what was going on. Similarly, there’s a slight disconnect between you discovering who the Doctor is via Osgood, despite you very obviously being aware of them, given you’re a fan that’s purchased the game! The they / them pronouns for the Doctor were subtle but a nice touch. I think playing it in the dark and with earphones makes for the most immersive experience. I loved the call with Jodie’s Doctor at the end, a really nice and unexpected touch. Do you only get that if you found the four TARDIS photos? I seemingly did everything during my playthrough, so was a bit confused that it listed what I’d done as a Success after the credits, implying something slightly different must happen had I not. Definitely whet my appetite for when The Edge of Reality is released.

Basically if you get all four, you find out what happened to Larry and it unlocks a post credits cutscene explaining this, but if you don’t get all four then it basically just ends with the Doctor’s phone call saying she doesn’t know what happened to him.

Just posting here as it seems to have gone somewhat unnoticed, Maze Theory have an in-universe blog which is a prequel to Lonely Assassins. There’s a few Easter eggs and a familiar face from SJA contributes to it. www.intotheunknown.blog/?offset=1613389698898&reversePaginate=trueMay give the game itself a go as it’s reviews seem good.

That's interesting, it's so designed for mobile that I can't imagine playing it on anything other than a phone! (Oh also apparently I never came back to this thread after I played the game - I really liked it! Absolutely worth the (small amount of) money!)
