It's neck and-neck between The Peterloo Massacre and Alien Heart/Dalek Soul, at the moment. They keep flip-flopping positions. The Daleks seem to be making a stern go, but the Mondasians have shot ahead with over 1000 votes. Cybernisation is working overtime, let's see if the masters of Skaro can make a comeback in the next round (the lowest Dalek story is at the present #47 of #83, which is not bad going, all in all...).
The Lady of Mercia is an interesting appearance. It's not a story that you hear very much about, usually. I remember thinking quite well of it as a vehicle for Tegan's character, but it tends to get lost between the return of Eldrad and the "wham" serial of Prisoners of Fate.

In a twist, The Mutant Phase has jumped to 1 by quite a bit... As much as I think Spare Parts is the obvious choice (therefore people might be against voting for it), it's the better audio between the two of them IMO.
EDIT: Somehow Spare Parts is now down to 4... Suspicious.
I can understand The Mutant Phase being high (many think it’s a a solid story), but Plague of the Daleks overtaking the Peterloo Massacre is bizarre since I remember PotD being distinctly average and I never really see anyone talking about it either.
