You know, now that you mention it, I actually do rather like Attack of the Cybermen ...

Well, while Waterloo Road films, another has gone down. Haven't watched it in years but a few memories stick out: Scott & Charlene's wedding (I even occasionally listen to "Suddenly", it's a good song). When I was about 12 sitting in class and somebody mentioned what had happened in Neighbours (it was Daphne's death) and lots of the girls in the class started crying for poor old Des. I could never understand at the time why everyone seemed to fancy Charlene/Kylie - the plain Jane superbrain character was far nicer looking

So Holby had a quietly dignified Ending and its last Patinet Vistor was played UNIT Alum Tracy Wiles (Jemma Redgrave was also in it but not in the same Seine)

And now Doctors will end in 2024.
Whatever you thought of it, this will be a disaster for new talent, trying to enter the business. More TV ecosystem damage.

Even if you haven't, it would take me all day to list the people who've worked on it you absolutely will know. As in major movie and TV names.

Of course, Doctors has a lot of Who alum on it, past and present. Here's some reactions from them.

And here's a twist of fate: the Writer's Guild is fighting back with a campaign.

And here's a twist of fate: the Writer's Guild is fighting back with a campaign. Well intentioned but doubt it will work

Even Ireland's not safe.
Damn, one top of losing a slot, no pay increase in fifteen whole years?! And I thought the Holby guys had it bad when they had to have a 33% pay cut, to keep the show going a little longer.
