No 'Nick Briggs as The Daleks?' Say it ain't so! I mean that lightly of course, but I'll be a lot more likely to get this if there are no Skarosians present; I like Martha and think there's a lot of potential here, as others have said. "We have foreseen a time, where Nick Briggs will have a credit, on every single Big Finish cover"
Now I’m just surprised that they never did an Unbound story featuring Nicholas Briggs’s Audio Visuals Doctor. Although, all joking aside I could easily see Big Finish doing something along the lines of Martha attempts to send a distress out into the universe and the Daleks receive it and come a calling. Only for the Master to naturally destroy them. No doubt with a high human body count.

Briggs plays an incarnation of the Doctor in their adaptation of the Seven Keys to Doomsday stageplay. In my head at least I like to think that was the same Doctor as in the AV's.

Back to pick 'n' mix casting, I wonder whether Martha will encounter Tom..I mean the 'Curator' for occasional advice in the form of a conspiratorial wink and a thumb of his nose or a bit of enigmatic but ultimately impenetrable philosophical soundbites?

Curious about Francine’s involvement as she spent the year imprisoned on the Valiant. Perhaps there are scenes that cut to Francines POV on the valiant with either her other daughter or husband or another character going to be interesting how they are going to get around not using The 10th Doctor, The Master and Captain Jack
Yeah, from what little we know I wouldn't expect or particularly want cameos from the Doctor or Master, any more than I'd expect Churchill or Hitler to turn up in Schindler's List. I guess the Valiant is pretty big, so there's plenty which happens away from the two Time Lords.

Only talked about in hushed whispers by the surviving population as he looms over all.

I could imagine the older SJS era Sir Alistair Leftbridge Stewart meeting Martha and Sacrificing himself to save her so if they do a vol 2 they could do a story like that

Yes. This one is for me. I like Freema and I like Tom Ellis too. If there was going to be any range Tom would be in, obviously it would have to a Martha set. But I would be surprised if Tom was available - too busy playing The Devil in a TV show

She'd have to meet River first, then maybe Churchill, the Eighth Doctor (they'll do a mind wipe sort of thing) a different Master, plus I suppose the Dalek Time Controller will have to get a look in at some stage too... but yeah, meeting D.I. Menzies could be quite interesting! This is BF we're talking about - she will of course have to meet Leela "because Louise is so lovely to work with". Then Ace, then Nyssa. As they are BF they also will have to find a way of getting her to meet the 6th Doctor which leaves him with no memory of her (either before or after Leela)
