Was hoping for some additional information to go alongside the release date, but apart from the CyberReaper there isn’t. Not even pre-order links going live.
I loved The Lonely Assassins and The Edge of Time intrigued me, but as I don’t have a VR headset I never played it. I’m looking forward to The Edge of Reality, but yeah, was hoping for some more info!
EDIT: 30th September is also the release of No Time to Die. Not a bad day for British franchise fans!

Interesting. I’ll wait till they publish the full specs of the game before getting excited (my laptop is good, but very far from the best machine for gaming).
This reminds me, I need to play The Lonely Assassins. Had it installed on my iPad for months now.

Maze Theory have tweeted a brief trailer, which teases a new design for the Cybermen.

I expect I'll probably be grabbing this for the Switch when it comes out - I don't have any sort of VR headset so I missed Edge of Time (which serves as basis for the first few levels of this new game) so it'll all be new to me!

The Chaosverse sounds interesting. Reminds me of the Axis a bit.
But they do so love throwing the Thirteenth and Tenth Doctors together, don’t they? This is what the third time this has happened?

Interesting sneak peek of Tenth Doctor dialogue from the game.
And a sneak peek of Thirteen too:

I like the look of it. Nice bit of investigative skills, plenty of involvement from the Doctor and Easter eggs scattered throughout.
It’s not dissimilar to the way they did the Doctor Who escape rooms actually; I think that’s a good blend of utilising the different elements of the series without making you the Doctor.

Well it looks like an early 2000s gmod game or a fan game While that would be quaint yeah it’ pales in comparison to games from 5 years ago graphically especially I mean it’s worth a look just wonder if it has mod support for the pc version that way textures can be changed

That is reasonably priced! Will be getting the deluxe edition for the small additional cost. Mostly to support the team, but also because it makes more sense to me that the Doctor would loan an older sonic screwdriver for you / the player, not her current one!

Played this today across a couple of sittings.
It’s in need of a polish and one final pass at the story, I think. It’s just loads of little things. Like there are points in the plot that just seem to skip over and you’re left with some exposition or not quite understanding how you’ve got from A to B. And some of the gameplay isn’t very intuitive and there’s quite a gap before you’re given any sort of clue and even then it doesn’t make it much clearer! I also ran into a couple of bugs; the Doctor didn’t appear in one scene, it was just her voice, and the subtitles stopped halfway through and didn’t come back on until near the end. Or the soundtrack, whilst great, sometimes seems to crop up at random moments like it’s not quite in sync with what’s happening on screen.
Having said all that, it’s not bad at all. It’s very clearly two different games spliced together, and I don’t actually think there’s one mention of the Chaosverse in the game. However, the way they both play is interesting and I do like that you’re essentially playing as yourself with plenty of involvement from the Doctor. The Weeping Angel sequence is a particular highlight, as is Jodie and David’s voice work. The former works so well solo, although I think I’d have swapped Emer for Yaz on reflection.
Yeah, room for improvement and I think it does cost too much for what it is, but I had a fun time. And it’s clearly a labour of love from the team and their affection for Doctor Who.

Just managed to get around to playing this. Thought it was pretty poor to be honest. And I greatly prefer The Adventure Games over this and those stories were flawed at best.
