I would like to post a link to a document created using Microsoft Word. Is it possible to this?

Any cloud storage platform will allow sharing of any file type. Do you have a preference? (Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox are the main ones.)
The steps (on pc) would be to log in through your web browser, drag and drop the file to upload. Once uploaded you can right click the file online and there should be a share option.
