What's everyone's favourite audio released by BBV? I'm gunna skip past Faction Paradox (which is great), and go with I Scream. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's a amazing Eighth Doctor spin off!

Punchline by Robert Shearman. It’s a brilliant story and so good that I see no reason why it shouldn’t be included as a part of “official” Doctor Who continuity.

It obviously must be the best one! Written and performed by the famous DU originator - Michael Gilroy-Sinclair. All the best with this story becoming a popular success!

My favourite BBV audio is the one where Bill Baggs disappeared and never came back.

Hiring a known pedophile and then trying to sweep it under the rug Lying to numerous contributors both big and small, and only paying them when forced, and multiple instances where he did not pay them Made a Zygon porno(not illegal or anything, just wtf in the biggest way possible) Would fake agreements just to go back on them later, even breaking contracts Incredibly poor writer and businessman doing more harm than good. All of this corroborated by numerous people, including Nicola Bryant, David A McIntee, Nick Briggs, Jonathan Blum, Mark Gatiss.

Sega, you can't just dismiss really serious things because you like what Baggs makes. Do you understand what the implications of doing so are, because they ain't pretty.

I see all these things, yet Baker repeatedly kept working for him despite these claims, Briggs is still on his Facebook, he still has a working relationship with the BBC, still friends with McCoy, said controversy regarding a actor has been addressed a long time ago with the audio being removed (if I recall it was only live for a couple hours even) even though BF has a bunch of cancelled people who've worked for them and they haven't removed a single audio of theirs. All this hate towards Baggs, yet he is legally working within' the law.

And you know what, maybe it's a cultural thing, because yeah I am Canadian, but usually people don't get cancelled before police are involved. People don't talk shit about legalities regarding companies unless they actually go out and do something about it. If you have a problem directly, get a contract, that basic deals 101. If you don't like something, don't do it OBVIOUSLY. I've read all the hate, it's ridiculous all the nonsense I have seen and heard. If you don't like something, don't buy it. Don't like something, than don't support it, no one is holding a gun to your head and making you. But if you are basing your facts on misinformation and the word of people who are getting like fourth degree information, it's ridiculous. I could write articles all I want, you want to show me all this hate from people who've worked with Baggs, link VIDEOS. That's the best proof period, otherwise it's all he says she says, which is as legally binding as me saying that I own the Daleks. I can say it, I can write it, doesn't mean shit in the end.

I've worked in the UK media industry, for several years, and frankly, I've never read something so naive, surface level and kind of offensive - Your first claim is based on evidence much, much thinner and suspect than anything said towards Baggs (Facebook 'friends' mean zip as I'm sure many here can attest, the actors don't have power to terminate releases they are no longer happy to be involved with, and said removal was after Baggs, from his own account, tried to downplay it and after a lot of scrutiny. Also, y'know, he didn't simply chose not to hire Brett in the first place. Plus, legally within the law? - no law says you can't pay your contractees. Getting a contract wasn't a problem - several people said and showed it wasn't. Maybe the reason there's no lawsuit, even though there is obvious grounds if said contract was reneged on, is BBV is such small fry that it was cost far more to sue than to just shrug and move on? Like sega, you do understand that this type of renenging happens in freelancing all the time, because of a lack of proper legal safeguards and enforcement, meaning Baggs, and other producers like him, deny the talent that gives them any kind of name remuneration. It's not merely 'against the law', it's also because the existing laws are too weak to do their job.)
I can't stop you either from supporting this producer and his products, your prerogative as mine is not to buy, but your own attitude is just basically yell 'lie lie lie' at everything and then pretending it's a more nuanced position. It's not - blindly ignoring with platitudes is no better than blindly agreeing, even if you couch in it 'legal-ese', and the classic chestnut of 'video or it didn't happen' (if that's really your attitude, boy I really don't want to know what you think of Cosby or Weinstein or a lot of crimes in that vein). If not getting paid and hiring a predator is 'nonsense' in the same bracket as cheesy Zygon pornos... then clearly this conversation was already a cooked goose.

What I'm saying video wise is that I keep seeing people say that this actor or that actor hates him, yet they don't show video proof of said actors saying these things. I don't believe everything I read on the internet, but I sure can believe video proof of a actor saying it.

ANYWAYS, this thread was about people's favourite BBV audio... So I guess like most people are taught as a kid, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all". As a Canadian, I'll say, if you don't like BBV, than this thread isn't for you, so take off you hoser!

As an Englishman I'll say, we can say what we want on this thread as long as it is linked to the topic. The topic being BBV.
