River Song 5 {Spoiler} The Bekdel Test is during her imprisonment, more specifically after The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon as River recalls burning the Doctor’s body on the boat.
Animal Instinct and Concealed Weapon before feature River explicitly as a professor and wielding a sonic screwdriver (though in Instinct she seems loath to call it such for some reason), so those probably go between Husbands of Rifer Song and Silence in the Library.
The Lifeboat and the Deathboat honestly could go practically anywhere. The only kind of reference is that River owns a vortex manipulator.

I’ve got Concealed Weapon to listen to (I’m just quickly typing this as the theme tune is playing), but I’ve got an idea of where the four stories slot. I’ll update my list shortly.

A Good Man Goes to War (Baby Melody) The Impossible Astronaut / Day of the Moon (Young Melody) Let's Kill Hitler (Mels & River Song) Closing Time The Impossible Astronaut (Lake Silencio)
The Wedding of River Song First Night A Good Man Goes to War (Stormcage) The Pandorica Opens / The Big Bang A Good Man Goes to War (End Scene) The Impossible Astronaut / Day of the Moon 5.1 - The Bekdel Test The Time of Angels / Flesh & Stone The Wedding of River Song (End Scene) Rain Gods Last Night 3.1 - The Lady in the Lake 3.2 - A Requiem for the Doctor 3.3 - My Dinner With Andrew 3.4 - The Furies The Angels Take Manhattan 4.1 - Time in a Bottle 4.2 - Kings of Infinite Space 4.3 - Whodunnit? 4.4 - Someone I Once Knew 1.1 - The Boundless Sea The Husbands of River Song 5.2 - Animal Instinct 1.2 - I Went to a Marvellous Party 1.3 - Signs 1.4 - The Rulers of the Universe 5.4 - Concealed Weapon DC 2.4 - The Sonomancer 2.1 - The Unknown 2.2 - Five Twenty-Nine 2.3 - World Enough and Time 2.4 - The Eye of the Storm 5.3 - The Lifeboat and the Deathboat DC 3.2 - The Eighth Piece DC 3.3 - The Doomsday Chronometer DC 3.4 - The Crucible of Souls DC 4.2 - Songs of Love Silence in the Library / Forest of the Dead The Name of the Doctor
Another fairly straightforward placement. The Bekdel Test is early on during River's prison sentence at Stormcage, where she believes the Doctor is dead. The following three stories have River as a Professor and married, so they all come after The Wedding of River Song. Animal Instinct I debated putting before Husbands, due to the sonic pen torch references, but it comes across as a strange gag more than anything and she's actually referring to the sonic screwdriver. The Lifeboat and the Deathboat I have placed later on as River refers to encountering what she thought was all of the Master's incarnations, so it makes sense to come after the three previous encounters. Concealed Weapon features the sonic screwdriver, so comes after Husbands.
The reason 5.2, 5.3 & 5.4 are spaced out is entirely due to the stories being quite standalone, so I like the idea that River has other adventures in between them.

A Good Man Goes to War (Baby Melody) The Impossible Astronaut / Day of the Moon (Young Melody) Imaginary Enemies Let's Kill Hitler (Mels & River Song) Closing Time The Impossible Astronaut (Lake Silencio) The Wedding of River Song First Night (First River) Last Night (First River) Bad Night Good Night The Bekdel Test First Night (Second River) Last Night (Second River) Without a Paddle A Good Man Goes to War (Stormcage) The Pandorica Opens / The Big Bang Picnic at Asgard Suspicious Minds A Gamble with Time The Impossible Astronaut / Day of the Moon A Good Man Goes To War (End Scene) The Time of Angels / Flesh & Stone The Wedding of River Song (End Scene) Death in New Venice River Of Time The Judas Goatee The One Downtime Running to Stay Still First Rule Fast Asleep Physician, Heal Thyself Last Night (Third River) Rain Gods Animal Instinct The Lady in the Lake A Requiem for the Doctor My Dinner With Andrew The Furies The Angel’s Kiss The Angels Take Manhattan The Lifeboat and the Deathboat Time in a Bottle Kings of Infinite Space Whodunnit? The Bekdel Test It is River’s first year in Stormcage and she still doesn’t know for sure if the Doctor is alive but she’s been meeting his younger self and mentions parties and fish so I decided to place it after Good Night and Bad Night.
Animal Instinct This could easily go anywhere. I’m not sure what the deal is with the sonic but it goes after her release from Stormcage at the earliest. I’m not sure whether this is her with the screwdriver just not calling it a screwdriver or if she’s experimenting with sonic devices before settling on a Trowel.
The Lifeboat and the Deathboat Again could go anywhere but she’s a Professor and has met most Other Incarnations of the Master by this point.
Concealed Weapon Definitely after Husbands of River Song as she refers to losing someone close and is scared for the day that she meets the Doctor and he doesn’t recognise her.

Is it definitely River that mentions the burning of the Doctor’s body and not Missy?

Is it definitely River that mentions the burning of the Doctor’s body and not Missy? Yeah it is, to which Missy makes a joke about her body being burned in the past (Last of the Time Lords).

I feel daft since I just listened to it yesterday morning, but wasn’t Missy alluding to surviving the burning of her own (Simm) body? Edit: I see you beat me to it shallacatop

Concealed Weapon features the sonic screwdriver, so comes after Husbands. I think that in the second series of Diary of River Song she mentions making her own sonic screwdriver, so it doesn’t nessessairily have to go after Husbands if it’s that sonic she’s using.

I kind of like the idea that she toys with making her own sonic device and goes between calling it a sonic screwdriver, a sonic pen torch and then eventually settles on Sonic Trowel, but then is given a screwdriver in Husbands.

Recent update to include The Eighth of March and Ravenous. In EoM, River is a Professor and is au fait with stealing the Doctor's TARDIS when he's not looking, which is shown in The Husbands of River Song. Ravenous picks up directly after Songs of Love for River. Later this month sees the release of UNIT Incursions and another story for River. Part 1 of The Power of River Song is free for subscribers of the BF Newsletter this month, which might give a hint at placement. I'll be holding off until the full set is released, however.

^ minor note: there are two Rivers in Ravenous 3.2, and while one absolutely is post-Songs of Love, we don’t know when the other takes place

Was there actually anything about River stealing the Doctor’s TARDIS in Emancipation?
I thought she had the first time I listened but second time around managed to realise that I’d missed the fact it was Leela’s TARDIS programmed by Gallifrey.

Oh, I’ve only listened to it once and I thought the same that you initially did! In that case, there’s even less to tie it down. I’ll keep it where it is, as it still fits well.

Lies in Ruins
River is a professor, has a sonic trowel and hasn’t been to Gallifrey. That’s pretty much all we get reference wise. Pretty vague all in all.

It at least places it before Doom Coalition 3, as she ends up on Gallifrey after it for Songs of Love (if I remember correctly... I could be wrong, it's been a while since I heard it). The sonic trowel also suggests pre- The Husbands of River Song, as she'd use the screwdriver after that.
