I'd like to see one with at least new series Doctors but preferably classic series ones too. A Post-Genesis Pre-Revenge 4th Doctor meeting War would be interesting. Revenge picked up immediately where Genesis left off. Unless you want to do something convoluted, like the Time Ring malfunctioned and took the Doctor to the Time War, before he was sent back to Nerva with his memory wiped, it wouldn't really work. There are a million openings in the Fourth Doctor's timeline without trying to cram a story into a non-existant gap.

I think there was a Missing Adventure immediately before or immediately after Genesis of the Daleks, A Device of Death.

I think such a triolgey is probably a long way off for now - Big Finish would probably want to keep those Doctors 'special' for now. Doesn't mean a Four/War meet up can't happen elsewhere, though

But what if somebody during the Time War decided to try and change time so the war never happened and that left some kind of drastic effect on the 4th Doctor's timeline, leading to War having to track down a 4th Doctor who destroyed all the Daleks before they could terrorise numerous civilisations and persuade him to help stop said person trying to stop the Time War?

Well, that's not really post-Genesis and pre-Revenge, is it? That's an alternate timeline.
