So we reach another end of year by hearing how Martha and the 8th Doctor coped with their respective awkward years, the War Doc continues on his path, a TW Xmas chiller, a Space detective noir, a Wedding for one of most flamboyant pirates in the Galaxy. and hopefully the return of a traditional tribute from BF.

Definitely the Torchwood release of The Grey Mare. If only because I’m keen to see what they do with this often forgotten bit of Welsh folklore.

I am looking forward to Stranded. That is pretty much it.
I have also pre-ordered War Doctor (but have not even finished the first one, it just did not grip me at all) and Bayban the Butcher (because, Colin).

War Doctor 2. Set during the over-explored Time War, but never dominated by it and featuring a recast lead character. I enjoyed the first set about 80% more than I thought I would.
Torchwood - The Grey Mare. I miss-typed this as The Grey Mate. A spooky Christmas ghost story, I'd say.
Blake's 7 - Bayban. Now this promises to be a whole galaxy of fun ...

Just the Torchwood for me this month. After last year's The Crown, I'm really looking forward to another creepy Christmas ghost story from the worlds of Torchwood, and more Ianto is always a positive!

Absolutely loved Forged in Fire, so very much looking forward to the next instalment for the War Doctor and the path he’s going down.
The Year of Martha Jones is a close second. One of my favourite companions and I can’t wait to hear more of events from the year that never was.
Stranded I’ll be getting, but I’m not massively excited for. I really liked the first set, wasn’t enamoured with the second and the trailer and premise for the third doesn’t do much for me.
The memorial Short Trips are always lovely and I’m sure the new one will be too.

Paul Spragg, as always
Stranded 3 - well I’m onboard with this saga now so no going back.
Maybe War Doctor Begins, that’s a waiting on reviews one.
I’m kinda holding off on Torchwood Monthlies, mainly cos I’m a bit wary about taking out another subscription whilst the last bundle is still missing the promised Absent Friends-replacement. I will probably give in eventually.

I'm currently getting everything but the Star Cops audiobook (though truth be told, I'll probably pick that up in the near future once my copies of the full-cast stories arrive). Of everything, I'm probably most looking forward to The War Doctor Begins 2 (because Carley's Hurt impression is amazing and I'm hopeful they take this series to a darker place than the original War Doctor run), and the Bayban release (because who doesn't love a bit of Bayban ).

Stranded 3 is the BIG one for me. Unless we get a big snow soon, I'm saving it for Christmas Day--a nice little gift to myself. Though it may snow before then (today is freezing cold, yesterday was summerly hot, and with a climate this busted who can say). I do really like listening to audios while watching snow or rain fall. It's very relaxing.
Other than that I'm not super excited about this month's releases. I was vaguely interested in the new WDB set, but from what I hear it's basically at the same level of quality as the last set, so I'm giving it a pass.
Also gonna vote for unannounced stuff, because the moment they announce NABS 7 I'll finally be free to listen to NABS 6, and I really wanna listen to Nabs 6--it has Narvin!

I have to admit the first two volumes of Stranded have been a huge disappointment for me and have honestly left me regretting having pre-ordered the bundle when it was announced. I've found it utterly boring and uninspired, so my expectations are rock bottom when I finally get around to listening to it.
I've been too busy to listen to anything this month, but the War Doctor and Martha Jones releases are the ones I am most interested in hearing.
