Wait are they seriously pulling a Lies in Ruin with Cass from Night of The Doctor? if The War Doctor is feeling guilty about Cass then he really shouldn't

Hmm sounds a bit more out there than most War Doctor stuff. Intriguing.

Sounds good to me! Seems like a different approach to normal, more Ken Bones is always a good thing and I quite like the idea of having Cass haunt the Doctor.

Yep, it sounds like they're branching out with this series a bit. More good news is that these appear to be standalone stories. All good news!

Nice selection of writers and three intriguing sounding stories there. Loved the first two sets, so very much looking forward to this.

Thals in the Time War in a script written by another new Writer (with a very interesting background) Elsewhere you wait years for another Script by X Atack then...LOL Regards mark687

Intriguing premises.
Twice I’ve passed on WDB only to catch-up after reviews and be pleasantly surprised by the quality. So third time round I think I’m buying on release.

Personally I’m just pleased they’re finally addressing where the Thals were during the Time War and what they were up to throughout the entire conflict. Bet they’re feeling really smug now considering they were proven right about the Daleks.

Who wants to bet that Layla will be revealed to be a time-altered version of Cass, ala Claudia Brown and Jenny Lewis in Primeval?

Who wants to bet that Layla will be revealed to be a time-altered version of Cass, ala Claudia Brown and Jenny Lewis in Primeval? I'm 99% sure that something like that will occur. It would be a great opportunity for the War Doctor to reflect on his own creation.

Trailer Online Regards mark687 Very good it is too.
{Spoiler} The Doctor refers to himself as ... The Doctor?
Sorry to say, 'for the love of stories', together with jingly Breakfast Television music, really isn't growing on me.

Indeed. It’s all very Muffin the Mule, isn’t it?

I don’t often say it about Big Finish trailers, but this was brilliantly put together. I didn’t pretend to understand it all, but coupled with the synopsis it’s got me both intrigued and hooked. Really looking forward to this set!

Loved the write up of this in the latest Vortex. Phil Mulryne is one of my favourite writers, who has been absent of late, and his episode sounds very intriguing. I didn’t know Rossa McPhillips was an ex soldier, there’s some interesting comments that whet the appetite and of course new writers are always welcome. And then Timothy X Atack’s episode sounds suitably Time War-esque.

An excerpt of episode 1 is available in the podcast
So far I like the premise and I think the war Doctor and his companion actually have a good rapport I wouldn’t mind if we had a non time war version of the war Doctor doing general Doctor stories

Do you know at what approximate minute mark this is?
Thanks,
