…for 2022 from Big Finish.
What would be your three wishes for releases?
Mine would be…
Jago & Litefoot Audiobooks Preferably narrated by Jamie Newall I don’t want to wish for too much, just an announcement of four books over the next four years with stories set between or within the past boxsets. Is that too much to wish for?
The Paternoster Gang Another set of adventures. I am sure we will be getting more from them, but this time with Missy in the mix. With the Eleventh Doctor in his own self imposed exile in the sky, Missy pretends to be a new incarnation of the Doctor. Plus throw in the Davis children and perhaps even the Meddling Nun for added mayhem and mirth!
A Big (linked) Adventure(s) for the three Doctors - Five, Six & Seven. They were left out of Time Lord Victorious and are in danger of being overshadowed by the New Doctors. I want them to have their own must listen to set of stories. An hour adventure released each month, for nine months with a proper collector’s edition package at the end.

A historical adventure with M.R. James.
Sixth Doctor Adventures with the triumphant return of Frobisher.
More Out of Time stories with the remainder of the Classic Doctors.

Big Finish doing a Crime Traveller series, all original new stories not remakes of existing episodes like BF do with some of their ranges based on existing properties.
A 13 & Yaz box set.
The Fugitive. A box set about what the Fugitive Doctor did from the moment she decided to abscond from The Division & eventually end up on Earth.

More Tenth Doctor - Another set with Rose would be a bonus. I quite liked Anya Kingdom, so without the knowledge of how DU-3 ends, can I ask for more of Ten and her?
Now that I loved the Ninth Doctor first set, can we have more than 4 sets a year for Nine?
I did enjoy the Fourth Doctor and Anya Kingdom - can we have more of them please? Though I don’t know how they’d fit it in.

3 and a half
1. More 9DA's (also a Multi-Doc story with him with any other incarnation)
2. Peter Capaldi
3. Matt Smith

1. More long-term stories a la the black/white TARDISes in the Seventh Doctor stories so long ago. I do like box sets, and I understand the inclination toward stories with quicker payoffs (so as not to discourage casual listeners), but there is something uniquely satisfying about a story that pays off in a huge way after many hours of listening.
2. More naturalistic integration of modern and classic Who. I've quite enjoyed the 'event' type tie-ins like Out of Time and will be happy to hear more of those in the future, but it still feels like there's a bit of a creative disconnect between old and new that I'd love to see (hear) sewn together more tightly.
3. Recast and do recast ranges to your heart's content, judging by the 3DAs they have a strong audience and I want BF to stay in business. But please stop putting them into established ranges with the actual show actors. I got into BF because using the actual show actors gives the stories a beautiful authenticity....which dries up immediately when the wrong voice enters a scene.

Ah! You didn't say it! In that case, my first wish is for more wishes!
Right, right. Seriously:
#1: Peter Capaldi #2: Peter Capaldi + John Dorney #3: Peter Capaldi + David Tennant
More seriously:
#1 - Master expanded to a full range, with each boxset being more-or-less standalone focusing on a different incarnation of the Master. Like we've got the XDAs (or #DAs), this would be the MAs -- the Masters' Adventures. Basically a catchall range for Eric Roberts, Geoffrey Beevers, Alex MacQueen, John Simm, etc.
#2 - Out of Time expanded to a full range, focused on crossover stories pairing 2-3 Doctors together. In basically any combination.
#3 - Babylon 5: Legends of the Rangers -- the TV series never got off the ground and the pilot movie was... pretty bad, but the premise was solid and would work really well in audio! Following the adventures of some Anla-Shok as they visit all the many different places and peoples of the B5 universe.

We get a treasure hunt/puzzle solving set of adventures with a classic doctor
Pat. Gang get another series
Big finish get to do a crossover audio series to RTD’s new dr tenure
But biggest wish is that all the wizards at BF & the regulars stay fit well and eager to continue
It’s hard to believe that BF took a old dead show, a yesterdays medium and created magic that has exceeded & surpassed all expectations and run for over 20 years creating hundred's of adventures The rest of the world is only just getting how brilliant ear thingies can be in the 21st century…..long live BF and your magic

Three Wishes for Big Finish eh:
1) Bring Back Individual Artwork for The Audios
2) Focus more on Interesting Sci-Fi Concepts and Interesting Characters rather than The Generic Sassy Female Character and Comedic Incompetent Male Character Stereotypes
3) More Darker 9th Doctor Stories

1. Matt Smith + Karen Gillan (for stories with 11, Amy, Rory, and River)
2. More stuff like Dalek Universe, and what Forty looks like it's going to be - multi-boxset arcs that aren't 16 hours long
3. Torchwood Series 7

1. A new Unbound Dr & Benny set. We know the scripts have been written, hopefully they'll be recorded soon.
2. Another 4th Dr & Romana Lost Story
3. Pinacotheca by Christopher H Bidmead

1. Something, anything, with Benny and the Unbound Doctor.
2. Something with the Tenth Doctor that builds on his era, rather than just having him bump into bits of classic eras.
3. And a real pipe dream; wholly original Thunderbirds stories

I definitely agree with Benny and the Unbound Doctor! Where have they been the past year? (probably COVID related, at a guess). I also agree with Sixie and Frobisher. Preferably using the awesome comics. According to the podcast, the comic book adaptations are not yet completely dead, are they? And yeah, Capaldi would be neat.

1. Original 'The Avengers' stories with Steed and Dr. Keel.
2. A Counter Measures retrospective, examining some of their other 1960s investigations.
3. Big Finish do a Doctor Who version of 'The Thing'

Not including the typical Matt Smith/Peter Capaldi returns…
1. Chris Eccleston and Billie Piper reuniting for some standalone 9th Doctor Adventures set in early S1. 2. New Novel or Comic Adaptations. 3. Return of Frobisher.
