Caitlin Blackwood showed in Doctor Who: Lockdown that she can still pull off an impressive little girl’s voice, so why not.
An Unbound version of series 5 with the Doctor travelling with the Amelia Pond that’s in grade two at Leadworth Primary School could be explored?

I'm all for more Unbound sets, so I'd be down for this. Especially if Matt Smith was involved.
But I'd worry that Big Finish would be more interested in exploring the young A,y Pond from that aborted timeline, which isn't something I'm really interested in--same as with the *Martha Jones* boxset: it's hard to get invested in a story premised on its own erasure.

The Doctor travelling with a child aged under 10? No! Even Susan was on the threshold of adulthood during her time with her grandfather, especially as he locked her out so she could follow her heart and get married.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a one off alternate story with such an idea. Be all very fairytale much like The Eleventh Hour depicted their first meeting. But as you said in this day and age? No chance.

I would not be interested in this, personally. Regardless of whether it were Matt Smith or a fake Eleven.

Honestly I just want a “Lost Stories” Series 5 with Tennant and Blackwood as grown up Amy.

I mean, I get why it's weird and problematic, but at the same time the Doctor probably has to make a pretty big effort to distinguish human adults from children. I think even humans have do this as we age--at a certain point, you look at a teenager and just see a baby. It's that kind of thing.

Big Finish changed the end of the comic strip adaption of Star Beast, one assumes in the hope of doing more with Sharon. I think that clearly shows their reluctance to have a non-adult travelling in the Tardis.

Nope, but then I hardly liked the whole Pond saga.

Not really? I like the idea of presenting it as an Unbound story arc, but I don’t really see anything that’d excite me about the concept otherwise. Most of what I can think of has already been covered by other ranges anyways. I’m not saying there’s not a good story to be told, but I can’t think of anything that might warrant an instant purchase from me.

If you're going Unbound, how about Tennant and Young Amy - as if he'd stayed for one more season (as he apparently considered)?

What about Amelia, Young Rory and Mels turning up in a (very late-setting) Lone Centurion box set? "The Two Rorys".

Rory having to interact with his last self could provide some excellent humor, so I'd be down. But on the note of multiple incarnations of the same character, why not also, "The Three Amys?"

Not in the least bit interested. Over the years BF have made some inspired decisions on spin offs that paid off. I hope this is never one of them.

Well it would be better than another set with Pollard, but something of this nature would be a hard pass from me. Do this and the might as well do one based on Adric's adventures before the Doctor came to Espace.

actually Keara (https://tardis.fandom.com/wiki/Keara) being the one travelling with Tom and Lalla would make a decent Unbound - you can tell she was the planned companion in the first draft from how much she still helps TomDoc in the finished story.

I agree with you for the most part, but I actually thought that about the first Lady Christina set, and it's one of the most surprising and fun things they have ever made. I listen to it often and love it. So you never know!

It seems bit strange for Doctor to be traveling with a child.
