Well given that Volume 1 had a pilot for the paternoster gang I wonder if this would be testing the waters for A Romana in Espace Spin off and a Rani/ Jo Grant Spin off Unlike the first Boxset this looks quite promising
I do wonder if there will be a 14th of November Boxset

The main draw for me is Rani's inclusion! Hopefully we'll see some more SJA elements popping up elsewhere. And I was only wondering the other day if BF would be including Jac in some stories to expand on her character...
The Jenny/Christina meet-up does sound a bit of a gimmicky one, but I'm sure it'll be great.

Most excited for Turn of the Tides, but all sound like fun. It's great to see the intro of SJA characters into Big Finish for the first time as well.

i just thought since The 8th of March Range focuses exclusively on the Female Companions of The Series why not also have a Boxset simply focusing on the male companions of the series
which considering that there aren't that many in total it would be neat to explore companions like Steven Taylor, Jamie McCrimmon, Turlough, The Brigaider, Jackson Lake, Rory Williams and Wilf on their own adventures and see what they are like outside of their life with the doctor

We are still only on our first female as the main character and face of the franchise, and we know the abuse taken by Jodie from some for having the cheek to accept one of the highest profile jobs on TV. Until that scenario alters and we can have a much more tolerant fanbase..I think celebrating not just some of the wonderful women of the show but how BF has developed and expanded them far beyond what some of them were on screen is to be held up as an example. And BF acknowleded a few years back a lack of diversity behind the scenes and addressed that too. Its just a cause for celebration. I would have Rebecca Root in there too, personally - but there is no doubt a Vol 3 to be made! "BF..we love women" - probably not a very smart ident idea! OK..."BF, for the love of women". Wait...worse. "BF...woke SJWs and proud" - there. Nailed it!

Well Rani appearing in a Big Finish is a very big deal and will motivate me to try this set after skipping on the first one. Maybe signs the complete block on SJA characters have lifted somewhat and they can at least pop up in non-SJA material. And pairing her up with Jo again is lovely.
As for the others, I don’t mind a bit of exploration for Romana’s time in E-Space as most of her returns have skipped over that period and more Jenny is a welcome addition. I haven’t heard any of the Lady Christina stuff they’ve done so happy to see what she’s like on audio here.

I do wonder if there will be a 14th of November Boxset "From the Worlds of Doctor Who: Dobruja Day" has a nice ring to it. Not enough Doctor Who stories set in Romania, let me tell you.

F yeah, Rani Chandra is back!!! Interested in seeing what they do next with her. She wouldn't feel out of place in a Twelfth Doctor story, tbh.

Count me in. Two new writers, great sounding stories, introduction of SJA elements to Big Finish and more from Jo Jones, who Big Finish have done brilliant things with. I’m also looking forward to hearing more from Romana in E-Space and I’m glad Jac has been brought into the fold as UNIT has glossed over her due to the switch in eras.

Glad to see this and especially glad it is a completely different set of female characters to vol 1. Nothing against the previous set, but I like variety.
I think if there is a vol 3 they should move away from DW, eg one off episodes featuring Jenna/Cally in B7, Abby/Jenny in Survivors, etc. Could also serve as a jumping on point for those franchises

Interesting. Honestly thought the first set would just be a one off to commemorate a historic occasion but here we are. Clearly there must have been a great appetite for another volume.
Personally, I’m not fussed when it comes to the likes of Jenny bumping into Lady Christina or anything like that. I’m more intrigued by the appearance of Rani in this. Honestly does make me wonder if we’ll have the likes of Luke, Clyde and the rest of the gang pop up in other series such as UNIT or something.

Me waiting for people to google April 25th So what does World Malaria Day have to do with anything? Please do not mock April 25th. We all know the reference and how important it is. Its Al Pacino's Birthday. Not just an Oscar winner and a terrific skier, he even has a fascinating family. Al had a coffee lover father who wanted somethin frothy and milky back when "how black do you take it" was the only question about coffee you would hear. Carmine Pacino ("Ca" to friends) experimented and tinkered with milks and creams till it was just so. And Carmines Coffee, or the Ca Pacino as we now know it...was born.
