What would it be? (let's keep this constructive as well please, no personal digs on staff etc).
Whether it's updating the website to a non-scrolling.. Reducing the amount of releases on certain ranges.. A change in the way BF communicates on certain issues/topics?
I recall there was a big survey about 10(?) years ago.. Is it time for a new one?

Focus on telling darker more cerebral storylines
Try to make the stories more accessible to all people
More open dialogue with fans
Bring back cd individual covers
Give McGann new companions

I’d want Frobisher to make a triumphant return!

Whoever misconstrued Tom's initial response to the idea of BF to Gary Russell in such a way that BF didn't bother trying to ask again for 10 years i'd have a word with both of them.
Script PDF's for all Subs and Bundles
More Deleted Scenes and Outtakes

The website. It's IMpossible. Pages and pages of scrolling, the search engine soesn't work, and some pages have load s of the same cover artwork for unreleased stories at the top, like the Fourth Docotr's.

Judging by this forum and the daily conversations the last few years I was expecting a lot more responses... strange.. Don't be shy all of a sudden fellow forumites!

Website is crap - a maze for me and I own the lot. NO idea how a newcomer would find their way about it and not accidentally pick up somethin arc-heavy.
It was fine before. Needed tinkering, not a new site. So I would fix that. And I would put videos embedded in as huides to arcs, intros for new folk, etc etc. Just make it easier to come onboard. I feel like BF always talk about "this is a terrific jumping on point" but man...a look at that website would not have me "on".
On disc? Play more with format, like Dorney did with the last story of Stranded 3 which I loved because its the NARRATIVE format he played with - the characters didn't experience it like that. More of that kinda idea - use of tools avaiable with just some out of the box ideas. Back to the kinda Flip/Flop idea. We kinda had that with the Paul and David vinyl TLV story but that "arc" was such a damp squib I think it was too late to make anyone care.

Hmm, as I couldn't narrow it down to one, and this is all hypothetical anyway a few ideas come to mind
Less Dalek stories (perhaps a complete break for 3-4 years) Give McGann and Tennant ongoing male companions I would have kept the companion chronicles going for more than the 1st/2nd Doctors (maybe combined it with the short trips) and switched the range to a monthly download only range Bring back individual CD art covers Less boxset/crossover releases and more stand alone stories Still not entirely sure I follow the logic that giving each Doctor their own individual range makes things more accessible for new listeners?-If it made financial sense I'd have probably kept the 5th-7th Doctors in the monthly range Better communication with fans on social media Bring back Frobisher

Yes Defintely McGann hasnt had a solo male companion story since The Company of Friends 12 years ago and Tennant has JL and Wilf as male companions they could use for him
Yep Totally agree would be great to have The Companion Chronicles back
Big Yes to individual covers
I do like the boxsets with the slipcase but yeah more individual releases would be nice
i think its a long term plan similar to Tom Baker with recording boxsets in advanced so they would have material to release if Davison, McCoy and Baker should retire
Agreed
and Strongly Agree

BF Sales go down fast! 2. Good Idea 3/4. Very Good Ideas 5. Agreed but obviously for whatever reason that's no longer the best logistics 6. Agreed 7. The only way i can see to improve it is if BF gave out a New news item every day and/or information based on what people are asking for as soon as they have it. A planned news release strategy in the age of instant information is a massive contradiction 8. Agreed Regards mark687

Big Finish don't listen to what we think anyway... it's all about their social media analytics.

Start with your favorite Doctor and go from there. Regards mark687 Thirteen is my favorite 😂 Next Favorite then LOL Seriously 4th Doctor Adventurers and 8 Doctor Adventures (ones featuring Lucie Miller as a companion) are straightforward enough to just listen and enjoy as are the 9th and 10th Doctor Adventures Regards mark687

I really miss having monthly releases. (Thank goodness for Torchwood) The idea of filling that gap with monthly Companion Chronicles is a great idea, or just go back to Monthly Short Trips. I'm really not a fan of this obsession with boxsets and miss the stand alone stories.
I also agree with the fiasco that is the website. It's awful to navigate.

I'm really not a fan of this obsession with boxsets and miss the stand alone stories. I was going to answer "bring back the monthly range" in response to the thread title, but didn't see much point. Gimmicky 'event' box-sets seem to be the way that BF want to go. I'm not sure what they'll do when people get bored of the same ol' crossover event time after time, but they must sell or they wouldn't have gone down that route. But I also miss the stand alone stories.

Change back the jingle at the very start. "Oh you changed the jingle. I don't like it."

Nice and easy one that doesn’t require any effort and one I’ve mentioned several times before. Permanently reduce 10DA Vol 1, Only the Monstrous, River Song Vol 1 and the pair of Classic Doctors, New Monsters sets on download to £9.99 apiece.
They’re all cracking sets, the perfect jumping on point for any fan, a showcase of all Doctors to have worked for Big Finish (except Eccleston!) and also naturally lead themselves onto other ranges if they enjoyed what they heard.
