What if the Creature in Van Statten’s Vault was not a Dalek but rather The Master?
I’m imagining for this scenario it would be a more crazed incarnation of the Master, more feral who clearly has been unshaken by his experiences in the Time War. Think how he’s depicted in the End of Time as an example.
Be interesting to see just how different that scene in the chamber would be with him and the Ninth Doctor. And of course, you could still have a high body count as he eventually escapes and begins picking off the staff.

Can you imagine a Time War against the Quarks and their allies… the Bandrils?!

What if the Time War ended in a truce?
Pretty much what it says on the tin. Obviously the Daleks and Time Lords in this alternate universe would be far less blood thirsting and determined to destroy the other.
I’d imagine the cause of said truce would be both factions coming to the conclusion that if they continued warring with the fighting ever escalating then it could only end in mutually assured destruction.
To be honest, I’d listen to this alone if only to hear the Dalek Emperor and Rassilon engage in peace talks with one another.
