Which Big Finish releases have the best music/sound design?

Alternative title: the official Howard Carter Appreciation Thread.
Surely I'm not the only one who's noticed just how much Big Finish's music and sound design has improved in the last few years, right?
As far as I can tell, Howard Carter is to blame.
Pretty much all of the releases that have most impressed me with regard to main theme, background music, and general sound design credit him, so... recognition is due, yeah?
Some of the specific sets I'm thinking of:

- The Tenth Doctor and River Song
- Dalek Universe
- Peladon
He also seems to be responsible for all of the Diary of River Song and War Doctor stuff. Further, when I did my big re-listen of Ravenous last month, I was very I pressed by the sound design in the big standout story, A Life in the Day... and, yup, that was Carter, too.
