How great to hear Tom give the new BF catch-phrase.. No it's awful jingle I bet it’s just us thinking it’s bad. It is probably massively popular everywhere else.

How great to hear Tom give the new BF catch-phrase.. 100% agree - It's all better when Tom Baker speaks it. There's so much richness and eloquence in Little Britain's voice. I don't think many of the other Doctor actors can deliver the "Big Finish for the love of stories" slogan as nicely sounding as Tom's go at it. If this current marketing jingle has to be done, I would prefer it recited by a main performer of the story (or range) which it proceeds. When done by Nick, it comes across as an irritating advertisement from an often vocally overexposed head employee of the company.

It’s a reference to a debate that happened last week. And a funny reference at that; it gave me a good chuckle when I read it first thing this morning.

It sounds as though there was a misunderstanding about the remarks made. I trust Audio Watchdog when he says no dig was intended, so let's move on.

Dreams of Avarice
Guy Adams writting the Nine you can't go wrong
Shellshock some very strong emotional stuff in this and it slightly more Horror then BF's usual output of late.
Peak Season Light and fun imagine Douglas Adams writing in New Who EP time length.

I've only listened to Dreams of Avarice so far, but I loved it. It was great fun! Not only is John Heffernan terrific as The Nine, but I LOVE DI Alan Probert. Really. I can't say enough praise for Richard Dixon in this role. I hope this isn't the last we've heard of him, because he's terrific!

Half way through Dreams of Avarice and loving it, Tom's on fine form as always and the supporting cast are great. The dialogue is sparkling, really amusing and lots of fun.
