I throughly enjoyed this set it captures a wonderful new era for the Third Doctor & Jo.
Katy Mannings performances were excellent especially the first story which climax had me tearing up.
9/10

Supernature by Matt Fitton:
A very solid eco thriller, with some brilliant final minutes. I love the idea of The 3rd Doctor and Jo Jones accidentally having a reunion, and the way the story eulogizes Ciff/Stewart Bevan is a genuine tearing up moment, especially for someone like me who has such an attachment to 3’s era. My only real gripe is that the story could have used about 10 minutes shaved off.
The Conservitors by Felicia Barker:
Another really solid story, though unlike Supernature, could have used a bit more time, perhaps even a third episode. Barker’s a great new voice, and I really liked the culture they created for this 49th century episode. I thought Jo was especially well served here, and again, the final minutes were a great showcase for the dynamic between 3 and Jo.
The Iron Shore by Lizzie Hopley:
A suitably creepy mystery, and with some evocative sound design, The Iron Shore is a really good finale to a solid boxset. Trelor and Manning give great performances, and the linking narration done by Jo adds a lot to the story’s atmosphere and pacing. The only thing that I hope for this ongoing strand in the 3DAs is that we get a variety of story lengths. I love getting the 7 parters, but I’d love some 4 parters as well for the range, which we haven’t had in a while.
