I'm really hyped for this. Warners Doctor is excellent, and seeing the article actually made my day.
Gonna preorder right away.

well the info is now out in DWM and it's a very welcome surprise.
David Warners unbound doctor is making a welcome return for this box set, taking Benny to his parallel universe
mark gatis its it to appear too.
its out in August too, so not too long to wait
now just need the preorder to pop up, have been very disappointed in the adventures range so far but cannot pass this up.

I am officially very excited about this. Will be buying the Unbound Doctors bundle in advance and dreaming of the scope this now opens up for The Three Masters.

Now that the story is official, I have decided to put this on my to get list... But not my pre-order list. I've enjoyed the two Unbounds I have, but they are not a priority for me. Unfortunately this box of Benny has now joined them and I will probably get in a future sale.
Cheers
Tony

I am totally surprised by this announcement but I am totally excited as this is a super creative idea in my opinion and so I really hope this is good.

Egads! This is legitimately troubling... I'm not a fan of the Bernice line (nothing against it, it's just not for me), but Sympathy for the Devil is one of my top-five Big Finish stories (Masters of War is excellent as well!). I loved Warner's version of the Doctor, as well as Gatiss' Master.
Hrmph. Well, I'll have to wait 'till August to decide. I'll probably go for it, anyway!

I spent a lot of time at work today thinking about this. Of all the ideas for a Benny box set I would have entertained, well, an Unbound crossover is something that never would have occurred to me.....but it somehow seems oddly perfect. And what a nice gift to all the long time BF listeners who have dreamed off further Unbound adventures who would never have dreamed that BF would produce anything else set in that universe ever again. Surprises are nice.

Who doesn't? why the man has never won an Oscar I'll never know. I don't get the joke. Why is Mark Gatiss playing Sam Kisgart, playing the Master? Way back in twenty-ought-three, when Sympathy for the Devil was released, Mark Gatiss was, in the grand tradition of the JNT era, credited with the above anagram. In fact, I think the credits on the BF website were only just changed. I could have sworn it had Kisgart, the last time I checked.
