Why can't we have a donation option so that people can donate and enable this forum to subscribe to the additional storage plan? I would happily chip in ... if we need to grow, I don't see enabling users to contribute as something that is unreasonable.

We don't have plans to re-enable attachments, as we feel that there are sufficient alternate ways forum members can share images and documents using offsite options. However, if anyone wishes to contribute to maintaining the site, Michael of Tin Dog Podcast has paid for site hosting since we started, so you can donate to him and add a note saying it's for the forum. I've done that myself, periodically. In fact, you reminded me to make a donation today. link |

So Old Friends is one contiguous story, like Ravagers? Anyway, if you're able and willing to merge redundant threads, I'd like to nominate a few. I'll have to trawl through things first, but my recollection from making the Index is that there were a handful of duplicate discussion threads. |

Oh, wow, February? Took me longer to get back to this than I thought. What happened to my Spring? Anyway, these are the duplicates I'm aware of: Three separate threads for MR 240: Hour of the Cybermen -- Two separate threads for MR 258: Warzone / Conversion -- Two separate threads for ST 06.11: The Man Who Wasn't There --
Two separate threads for Cyberman Volumes 1 and 2 --
(This seems like a bit of an odd case because each thread covers two different boxsets. Is this a case where instead of merging, it'd be better to specify each existing thread to a different, single set?) The last ones one my list were the three separate threads for TWO: 03: Latter Days, but all of those appear to have already been merged. AFAIK that's all of the duplicates, at least so long as we're not counting announcement threads and discussion threads differently. Often the one evolves into the other, but not always. |

Okay, so, I hope this doesn't come across as annoying, but I'd like to make a few small organizational suggestions. - Proposal: rename "Other TV Shows, Film, Books and Games" forum category to "Other Media."
- Proposal: rename "Other TV Shows, Movies, Books and Games" subforum to either "Other Media (TV, Film, Books, Games, Music)" or something similar.
- Move the "Last TV show you watched" thread into the "Other Media" subforum (presently the "Other TV Shows, Film, Books and Games" subforum.
- Move the "Last video game you played" thread into the "Other Media" subforum (ditto).
- Move the "Last Album you listened to" thread into the "Other Media" subforum (ditto).
- Move the "What are you watching on YouTube" into the "Other Media" subforum (ditto).
Please interpret this in the most mild of tones. These threads being sorted "incorrectly" and the lack of consistency between subforum category are just very, very small annoyances I have while navigating. There are a lot of threads here!
