The Two Masters looks brilliant. Why has it taken so long for a multi-Master story to happen?

Is the 7th doctor stock photo on The Two Masters release from the TV movie, if so does that mean it is near the end of his lifespan

Is the 7th doctor stock photo on The Two Masters release from the TV movie, if so does that mean it is near the end of his lifespan Going by the hair and the slight weight gain, it certainly seems that way. However, we don't know how long The Seventh Doctor carried that look before the TV movie. Mind you, it will be interesting to see if the story does tie-in in with the TV movie. Looking forward to finding out.

{Spoiler} The Alex MacQueen Master, the Geoffrey Beevers Master and the Rocket Men? Oh my... It'll be a pleasure to relisten to some old Companion Chronicles to re-acquaint myself with these people in preparation!

By coincidence I listened to those Companion Chronicles for the first time just recently, so this was a very well-timed announcement for me.

It would be a good tale to act as a preamble before a Final Adventure style release.

The Two Masters looks brilliant. Why has it taken so long for a multi-Master story to happen? Alex MacQueen is a recent-ish addition to Big Finish's brief retinue of Masters. Not counting Mark Gatiss's Unbound appearance, Geoffrey Beevers was the only incarnation we saw for years on end. Going by the hair and the slight weight gain, it certainly seems that way. However, we don't know how long The Seventh Doctor carried that look before the TV movie. Mind you, it will be interesting to see if the story does tie-in in with the TV movie. I thought we already sort of had that with Master?

Worth a relisten if you're curious, it stands up remarkably well considering the wealth of adventures that have occurred to the Seventh Doctor in the interregnum and it acts as a very fitting end to his whole tenure.

The Doctor returns to the village of Hexford according to today's news post, so it is presumably the same Hexford as in the Nest Cottage audios.

Sounds great. I hope it's not long before the trailer for The Two Masters is released.

Davidson's expression is wonderful. XD
John Dorney going all Timey Wimey in 'Two Masters' should be fun.

"So you're my successors are you? A smirking idiot and a mad Scottish woman?" "OOHHH gotten out of the wrong side of the coffin this morning did we? I do so miss being you, so gothic and Shakespearean" "So grumpy you mean. At least we know how to smile" "Do stop that, its not convincing in the slightest"
