i thought instead of a different thread for each new movie and if we thought it looked good or if we are excited about seeing it why not have 1 thread for all of them as they come out.
here is the first independence day resurgence
i thought it looked pretty good for a movie i had previously thought they waited too long to make thought when the trailer starts i immediately thought of a transformers movie

So trailers and 'trealers' are in the same thread? exactly i knew i could count on you Sorry for the Pedant in Me. He insists on correcting people's spelling mistakes and desires to teach the presenters on the news the correct way to pronounce the word 'debut'. It's not dayboo, it's daybew, rhymes with new! What's Jay been saying about me?

star trek beyond trailer hit today. mixed feelings im definitely going to see it the new alien chic looks badass. you think she is joining the crew? to add more female roles? karl urban is a joy. he should be one of the biggest box office stars . it was nice they really didn't show much.

It would be nice if they gave Karl Urban more to do considering how integral Bones was in the original series. That seems forgotten in these films and instead McCoy is regulated toa supporting character when he should be a main character along with Kirk & Spock. And yes Karl Urban is fantastic, another reason to increase his screen time.

In fact, it drives me completely crazy.

The new trailer for X-Men Apocalypse looks amazing. I can't wait to see the movie, especially since it appears to be the last with Jennifer Lawrence. It might just do justice to the character of Cyclops at last. The development of the team is something I greatly anticipate.

Ah, X-Man Apocalypse... The first time I watched the trailer, I had the sound turned off. It seemed halfway-decent, then.
X-Men: Days of Future Past was, in my quite possibly oddball opinion, that oddest of beasts, a production with just about everything going for it save the script. As such, it proved something of a guilty pleasure. I wouldn't watch it again in a hurry, but it was entertaining enough. This, however, looks to have far less in its favor. Whomever they've gotten to play Phoenix sounds atrocious, most of the other actors sound middling, and it gives the impression of being a lot of meaningless sound and fury. But to cap it all, they had to go and be bloody offensive.
"I've had many names: Ra, Krishna, Y-" The use of the second one is, at the very least, terribly insensitive, but the use of the third? I do hope it was simply a research failure, not that excuses it. This is a word held in such reverence that the Catholic Church removed it from its liturgy, in deference to Judaism. Using it in such a casual manner is arguably the religious equivalent of using the n-word. There's no reason it couldn't have been "Ra, Zeus, and Huitzilopoctli." Gaaaaaaah.

So I guess you won't be watching it? At least this is better than the last Batman vs Superman trailer. Apocalypse looks better than the reject Ninja Turtle called Doomsday.

I'm not sure I'd agree with that, but considering my complete lack of religious affiliation.
Isn't Jehovah a mis-translation of that name? I've seen it used quite a bit.

I don't think most people really avoid saying yahweh in this day and age. Back on his old show, Colbert had a pretty funny segment called Yah Weh or no way. And Ra, Zeus, and Huitzilopoctli kind of leaves out some of the major religions of today.
