I'd love Space 1999, but that wasn't Top Secret. I wonder if the comment is a hint? Cheers Tony

Could be seriously cool! I just posted this on another thread the other day: "Currently planning a huge Gerry Anderson watch through going right back to Torchy and Four Feather Falls.
My faves as a kid were Terrahawks, Captain Scarlet and The Secret Service but there's loads of Thunderbirds and Joe 90 I've not seen in 20-ish years so I fancy doing the "canon" as a catchup.
Would be great if BF could get more Anderson to join Terrahawks. I know some are rights minefields but a fella can dream - and Jamie A is part of the BF family... "

Nothing except Stingray makes sense to me. Intriguing though I'd prefer UFO or Space 1999 or the ultimate Captain Scarlet. All three can have a very dark side, though I doubt they'd go that way

A straight up reimaging of Space: 1999 would be right up my alley. Science Fiction television series in the 1970s were tough to come by and this show, especially the first season, really filled a need.

Sounds interesting. How about U.F.O? Cheers Tony It's a wonderful idea, but Ed Bishop sadly left us in 2005, so unless it's a reboot we're out of luck there. I don't think it could be done without Commander Straker at the helm. Given the amount of Thunderbirds that's been thrown around recently with Stephen La Rivière's fiftieth anniversary rekindling of the original series and the Thunderbirds Are Go reboot... Well, fingers crossed.

Will this announcement be on twitter?, or the web site? Neither it seems? You've got to remember the time difference Gally only just started and will cover 3 Days.
It could be anytime between now and Monday Morning UK Time (if at all)

Jason haigh-ellery is on at 1.30pm Saturday with 2016 previews which I think translates to 9.30 UK time. I think that's the earliest we'd get any announcement.

Is Gally really the place to announce a non-Who range, especially one based on Anderson? Much of his work didn't make it to the States, or remains quite obscure there. I wouln't be surprised if something is announced but an Anderson range launch would surprise me.

A big DW convention wld seem an odd venue to announce non DW stuff. John Hurt will be there so I'd be expecting a lot of War Doctor talk rather than announcing new ranges. But the timing does fit.
